Pros:

Somente da boa localização e do atendimento da recepção.

Cons:

A cama eram duas de solteiro que juntaram pra fazer uma de casal formando um vão no meio, pintura das paredes desgastadas, porta do quarto 104 emperrando, no chão do box do banheiro tinha uma larva estando nítido que não fizeram a limpeza correta que deveria ser com cloro! Valor alto pelo local mal cuidado!

Para quem vai de bate e volta é bom, pq é bem centralizado, perto de estação de metrô , restaurante , farmácia , panific

Gostei do ar condicionado, funcionou muito bem.

Cons:

A cama e duas de solteira juntas para forma uma de casal, o banheiro muito pequeno, meu esposo é muito alto e teve que entrar de lado no banheiro pq mal cabia ele, o chuveiro a pressão da água e a temperatura são boas mas o chuveiro é virado para a parece , a gente tem quase que encostar na parede para conseguir tomar banho.
