Pros:

Lovely wooden floors. Location is quite far from the town centre, which might be good for some, but not for us. We arrived and reception couldn't find our Expedia booking. However, they have us a room right next to reception on the ground floor. We asked to move away from what we guessed would be noisy and were given a room directly above. So far so good. When I went down to pay, the manager told me there would be live music until 12 or 1 in the morning, right below our window. I then asked to cancel the booking (which according to reception they couldn't find anyway) but suddenly they found it and said they would have to charge for one night. But, I was assured the following night there would be no loud music. So we stayed, and the following night there was even louder live music. Again, until after 12. This place needs to decide if it is a hotel or a live music venue. In such a small hotel, the two do not mix well.

Pros:

Very bad very bad very bad, i arrived there after long long time travling from Istanbul and after long search for the hotel i reach it, then they said we have no rooms !!!!!! A very bad attitude a very bad reception a very bad team .... even they did not try to say sorry, just said it is not our problem !!!!!! Why i have to use your website again if no trustability !!!!! It is my first and last time to use Hotels.com
Even i show them the confirmation email from you they did not care !!!!
