Good space, good location, very quiet, and clean.
Pros:

NIce size apartment, clean, easy to reach from train station and close to the centre of town.
The overall way to handle the reservation was good.

Cons:

Only thing, I arrived very late due to train troubles, and when asked for a late check-out (I didn't need it, at the end), I didn't get an answer from the property, but it could have been just mishandling of email. A couple of coffee capsule wouldn't be bad and a different soap for the shower could be a nice add-on.

Schöne kleine aber geräumige Wohnung in der Aachener Innenstadt
Pros:

Wir waren 9 Tage in der Wohnung und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten alles dabei, was wir für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt benötigt haben (Kochzubehör, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine usw.). Das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem. Dazu gibt es eine Schlafcouch für 2. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung sich im Hinterhaus befindet, ist es sehr ruhig. Mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Was Familien mit Kleinkinder wieissen sollten ist, dass es keinen Aufzung gibt und die Haustür immer offen ist, sodass man den Kinderwagen immer hoch in die Wohnung schleppen muss. Die Wohnung kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Die Kissen sind sehr klein und unbequem. Das Wlan ist sehr schwach und instabil. Die Tür der Wohnung lässt sich von außen öffnen wenn man sie nicht mit Schlüssel abschließt, also immer Tür mit Schlussel abschließen auch wenn man in der Wohnung ist!

Pros:

Big apartment, enough for a family for short term

Cons:

The code that was given in the message was wrong. I called the number, lady is only speaking German. I am a tourist who doesnt speak German and i had to use google translation with another phone to be able to get the correct code to enter inside. Not fun

Great stay
Pros:

Property was very quiet, very clean, close to the station and not too far from touristic places by walk, would definitely stay here again
