The ambience nd the atmosphere of tye restaurant was excellent...also the staff was just so polite nd the quality of the food was good as well.

From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was Good to made a lasting impression. Warm, welcoming, and highly professional, they set the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding stay. Check-in was seamless and efficient, with everything prepared in advance. They took the time to offer local tips, helped with restaurant reservations, and ensured I felt genuinely cared for.

What stood out most was their attentiveness—every request was met with a smile, and they remembered personal details that made the experience feel personalized and thoughtful. It’s rare to encounter a front desk team so dedicated to guest satisfaction.

Manager Saleem has been exceptionally caring and attentive to Us. He goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that we feel valued. At the time of check-in, I specifically requested at least one suite room (out of the four rooms I had booked), as I am traveling with two elderly guests (aged 70 years) and five children (aged 2–14 years). I was assured by your front desk team that although the suites were sold out, one room would be upgraded to a suite the next day. However, upon following up on next day, I was informed that all suites are again sold out. This is unacceptable, as a prior commitment was made.

In addition to this:

No welcome drink was served, none of the staff were having smiling faces

The upkeep of the hotel is extremely poor. The washrooms in the rooms have visible fungus, which is highly unhygienic.

Despite repeated requests from 8:00 AM, housekeeping has not attended to our rooms, prioritizing only incoming guests, till 3:30pm it was the same.

The breakfast spread was very limited and tasteless, half of the time you will wait for things to get replenish.

At the swimming pool, there were no towels, no shower gel, and not even an attendant present to address guest needs.

It is so misleading that original property pictures are not used at any OTA platform bcoz it's so rundown property that every aspect of this property looks outdated & upkeep & maintenance is in worse condition to say the least.

Overall, the experience so far has been far below acceptable hospitality standards. Considering the commitments not honored, poor service quality, and unhygienic conditions. Even after giving them a written complain none of the Managers or even single person came to us to speak about it. They were least bothered.

The hotel was very good, the service was very good, I liked it a lot, the location in Rafisson hotel is very good, the people there were very helpful, special thanks Adnan They helped me a lot, I liked their service very much, thank you so much Adnan and Radisson team

Amazing staff, very courteous, attentive, food options for breakfast and lunch were amazing, our guests were extremely happy. Chef Sanjay took care of customized requests very well.

Front office: EXCELLENT. Very accommodating. Quick to respond.

Rooms: deluxe room was good size. All amenities in room. Housekeeping is very prompt.

Upkeep: corridors could use some freshener sprays.

Spa: the masseuse was good and well trained. The look and feel of the spa though is average. No ambience of relaxation. No aroma. No music. Outside sounds of the front office phone easily heard while you’re trying to relax. Flickering ceiling lights— overall average and nothing like usual Radisson spas.

Gym: decent for a quick workout. Basic things available

food: average maybe a little less. Generally not a very professional restaurant feel overall. Brought some basic hygiene issues to the notice of the front desk manager after dinner.
Breakfast spread is elaborate for sure but the taste is just ok.

Overall: If you need a place to crash and leave then a great place at a great price.
If you come here thinking of Radisson luxury, well that’s a little bit far away.

Stayed at hotel Radisson and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and the staff was consistently attentive and professional.

The staff there are so helpful, especially kaumudi she was so kindly and helpful alot.| And she is such a hardworker......

My third stay at Radisson Lucknow City Centre, and once again, a truly comfortable experience. The hotel's ambiance is inviting, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
The staff is incredibly helpful, with the front desk going the extra mile to arrange an on-call doctor during my personal emergency.
The range of food options available is impressive—flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned.
Rooms are well-maintained, offering a cozy and relaxing environment after a long day.
The hospitality remains consistently warm, ensuring a pleasant and seamless stay.
One area for improvement is the additional mattress provided—it could be more comfortable.
Timely refilling of buffet counters would enhance the dining experience further.
The location is convenient, allowing easy access to key city attractions. Overall, a reliable and well-managed property that I look forward to visiting again.

Hotel management is good. Staff behavior and service are really good. Staff is friendly and attentive. Sheetal, Anukriti, Anika, Shiv Pratap, Kaumudi, Yash, Adnaan, Ramit were so helpful. Ambience is nice. Would like to stay here in my next visit.

Hope to improve some of your facilities and change some of your furniture also regarding the breakfast the food should be continental.

Location is good for business trip, small lobby, well trained FO staff are polite and helpful. Restaurant serves decent breakfast spread, however a la cart is a bit on the higher side. Room was decent sized and comfortable however had trouble with AC throughout the stay. Overall Average stay however nothing much to complain about.

Located on Cantonment road in the heart of the city, easy to access, good facilities, well maintained with good service from the staff. The breakfast buffet is lavish and wide variety. The pool is slightly small and not very clear water. Checked in at this hotel for all of two hours, before we checked out and moved to another hotel. This hotel us disgusting (as you will see from my photos).
Carpets are filthy, windows are filthy, swimming pool is filthy with no sun loungers/beds......
