Hotel ubicado en el corazón de Ciutadella. Muy cómodo si te gusta estar en el meollo. Muy moderno, bien decorado y, muy importante, con aire acondicionado! Tiene televisión con Netflix y nevera. La amabilidad de Pedro ha sido excepcional, se agradece tratar con personas así de buenas!
Es un hotel pequeño, familiar donde algunas habitaciones estan en la planta baja al lado de recepción. Almenos en la nuestra, nos ha faltado luz natural dado que daba la sensación como de encerrado. También se escucha un poco los ruidos de la calle al igual que las conversaciones de los huéspedes cuando entran en el hotel. Aún así, nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena.
Un hotel muy céntrico, cuidado y con bonito diseño. Pedro, el gerente, es una persona muy atenta y amable. Nos ayudó en lo que necesitabamos. Un hotel muy agradable en una zona maravillosa.
Consideramos que tiene bastantes aspectos que mejorar, la habitación no tenia armario y en el baño los artículos de aseo eran minimos. Echamos mucho en falta una atencion mas cuidada a temas como reponer el papel higienico o algo para poder tender la ropa mojada.

Pedro, el propietario, es un trabajador incansable, está para todo y es quien prepara el desayuno que es muy agradable.
La Suite es muy grande y las camas muy cómodas
Está céntrico, pero en verano hay que aparcar a 10/15 minutos a pie y es complicado encontrar aparcamiento
El patio de la Suite un poco sucio
La habitación era súper acogedora, la decoración preciosa y estudiada al detalle y la atención de Pedro muy buena.
