This hotel is located in a perfect location for sightseeing and near all the bars and restaurants, we have no complaints whatsoever the room was big and bright with a very comfortable big bed. our own terrace was a bonus 😊 Pedro was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions really quickly we would definitely recommend and return.

Pros:

A partire dalla struttura molto elegante e accogliente. Pedro sempre disponibile e gentile. Letfi comodi e bellissima camera. Colazione molto buona con alcuni prodotti freschi che variavano ogni giorno. Aggiungerei solo un po di frutta che non guasta mai, ma nel complesso ci tornerei.

Mucho encanto, pero falta de cuidado en algunos detalles
Pros:

El alojamiento ha sido una experiencia diferente.
La ubicación, genial si quieres estar en medio de una ciudad llena de encanto como es Ciutadella. Si vas en coche tendrás que caminar unos 7 minutos desde el parking más cercano hasta el alojamiento, pero el recorrido vale la pena si te gusta disfrutar de ambiente de calles con comercios y terrazas.
El hotel estilo mediterráneo menorquín tradicional, con una mezcla de rústico elegante / colonial la verdad muy bien planteado todo, las zonas comunes en especial la de desayuno muy bonita, eso nos encantó.

Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia tuvo algunos aspectos que podrían mejorar. Esperábamos un poco más de cuidado y mantenimiento en determinados detalles y creemos que, con una mejor atención a estos aspectos, el alojamiento podría ofrecer una experiencia mucho más acorde con el encanto que tiene. La limpieza un poco mal y no somos extra exigente, pero es muy notable, solo vimos un señor Pedro, el que hace todo al parecer.
Además, observamos falta de limpieza en la zona de desayuno, algo que resulta especialmente importante al tratarse de un espacio destinado a la manipulación y consumo de alimentos, si tuviera que reserva nuevamente lo haría sin desayuno.
La habitación no se limpia a fondo, encontramos zonas con arena he incluso la cama.
