Pros:

We stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel itself was absolutely lovely, but what impressed us the most was the hospitality, which went far beyond our expectations. The staff was always kind, attentive, and available for any need, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Their willingness to help and attention to detail really made a difference. We genuinely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Poor room climate
Pros:

The location was exceptional. The building and decoration and historical interior were beautiful. Petro the host was very helpful informative.

Cons:

The room was on the ground floor with a window looking out onto the street. The main issue is that it was warm very humid and stale the entire time we were there. The window itself was malfunctioning. The air conditioning could not be set lower than 23°. The refrigerator did not work adequately. The humidity and uncomfortableness of the room they only reflect this room and not the others in the property.

Cons:

En la habitación había moho , estaba sucia y mucha humedad. Hemos estado así una semana, aún avisando de la situación han pasado olímpicamente de nosotras . Ni se han molestado en darnos otra habitación ni en limpiarla adecuadamente .

Pour le confort il manquait : shampooing, boîte avec mouchoirs, une bouilloire mais pas de sachets de café ou de thé. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie c'est un vrai manque qui fait passer la note de 9 a 8.
