Hidden Madeira Gem
Pros:

“I recently stayed at Pestana Casino Studios and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The apartments were spotless, modern, and really comfortable – everything you’d want for a relaxing stay.
What really stood out though was the service. The night-time receptionist on Wednesday the 15th couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, which made a big difference after a long day of travel.
Great location, great facilities, and outstanding staff – I’ll definitely be returning!”

Pros:

Nice place to stay if you plan to spend more days. Small kitchen utilities on place. Around nice places to walk and eat. Not far away from marina and old town - walking distance through nice parks. Clean and comfortable stay. If you lucky you can see the sea :)

DON’T GO THERE!
Pros:

The breakfast was in the main building (other than the accomodation) the food was ok, the panorama was really nice during having breakfast.

Cons:

We visited Madeira in March, 2026 and was travelling with a 10 months old baby. The outside temperature was was 7C degrees and this has been known for a week back then. The hotel advertised itself with functioning heating. We tried to turn on the heating but after staying in the freezing room (room temp around 16-17C) for one hour we were told that they cant help us. We kindly asked for another room, but then they told us that is the same in the whole building because the central AC can only do cooling bit no heating. They didnt even bother to come upstairs and check it for themselves. Our 10 months old baby slept without beinv bathed, in several layers of clothes in a beanie. 2 days later she got sick with fever, etc. Shame on the hotel and shame on the staff!

The room was very cozy, with the pool view. It looks just like in the photos, the bed was very comfortable and the room is equipped with all the utilities.

Cons:

No Nespresso machine.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de todo, y puedes desayunar en el restaurante del Hotel Casino q esta al lado, y tb puedes utilizar sus instalaciones sin coste!! Tb hay una Confeiteria enfrente a la derecha, donde se desayuna de maravilla por la mitad a en rl buffet del hotfl.Y el personal de recepción muy amables, Diogo ,especialmente, fue muy cercano con nosotras. Nos aconsejó en todo, y nos trató con mucha atención!!!

Cons:

Bueno, por decirlo todo, hay estudios q no tienen aire caliente, como la nuestra. Lo comentamos después de dos días y lo solucionaron rápidamente trayendonos un radiador....así se arreglo el problema.
