We will be staying here the next time we are in Tokyo
Pros:

We loved the area, how close it was to train stations and the hotel itself and the amenities. This hotel is less than 5 minute walk to the Takanawa Gateway station (beautiful area/shopping center worth exploring). One of the newest station on the Yamanote line/loop and 1 min walk to another station that connects you to the rest of Tokyo.

The hotel and room was exactly like the pictures and even better. We loved the Refa shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer so much that we ended up buying them all at the Refa in Ginza to take home.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. We loved that they will hold on to your luggage for a few hours even after you check out and they have a luggage scale in the lobby.

We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked and smelled delicious.

Great stay ! Would stay here again
Pros:

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Shower was hot. Staff was friendly great location to get around Tokyo easily

Cons:

The window is frosted and you can’t see out of the window. It’s understandable tho.. otherwise all you neighbours can see into your room

across the street from a nice new complex with restaurants, stores etc. Convenient for going to Hanada airpot early in the morning.

Pros:

Bien situé en face de Takanawa Gateway.
Le personnel a l’accueil a été particulièrement aimable, j’ai pu avoir la chambre plus tôt que prévu et ils m’ont aidé pour la livraison de mon pocket wifi.

Everything 5 star, except for fridge
Pros:

Room good size. Bed was comfortable. The staff spoke pretyy good Englisy and were very pleasant. TV had YouTube and Netflix. Location was good although few eating places nearby, but Shimbashi Station was only a couple of stops away. Also, Yamanote Line 5 mins walk away and Shinagawa Station only one stop away

Cons:

The fridge was pretty poor as most hotel fridges in Japan are.
