Great location. Tiny rooms to be expected in Europe, but clean and felt safe.

Dirty sheets, strange brown goop on the floor near the bed. Worn vibe

Avoid, the vents have black mold, the bed squeaks at every move, the bathrooms are FOUL. It’s dark and dingy, the lift sounds like it is going to drop down the shaft at any second.

I was extremely disappointed as IBIS are normally held to a much higher standard.

Camera per tre persone un po’ piccola ma con tutti i confort, silenziosa e buon rapporto qualità’-prezzo. L’albergo ha un’ottima posizione vicina al porto vecchio di Marsiglia e vicino a ristoranti e locali.

No complaints. No noisy neighbors. Staff were very helpful and patient with me to the point that they ensured I understood where I was going and what commodities available! I really felt welcomed.

Hotel bien placé pour visiter mais chambre très petite , pas de rangement, juste pour une nuit cela suffit.
Pommeau de douche à changer, màque de pression ce qui n'est pas tres pratique .
Petit dejeuner convenable.

구글앱이 알려준 길은 계단으로 안내 한다고 해서
그전 골목으로 이동하는 블로그에 글과 그림 올리신 분 덕분에 캐리어 끌고 고생 안했어요
숙소 다 와 가면 계단이 있고 그 전에 광장에 음식이 많아요
셀프 세탁소도 주변에 꽤 많은데 숙소에서 두번째로 가까운 Laverie Automatique Vieux-Port Marseille - Speed Queen 여기가 가장 최신 시설이라 깨끗했어요
다른 곳은 왠지 오히려 다 두려워 질까봐
둘러보고 나왔답니다
숙소 주변에 마트도 있고 멀지 않은 곳에 까르프 시티도 있어서 장보기 편했어요
24시간 교통카드 구매해서 왠만한곳은 마르세유 시내에서 무제한 이동 되니 좋았어요
카운터 직원들도 교대 근무 하시는데
다들 친절하시고
수건 요청에도 바로 잘 주셨고
인사도 잘 해 주셧어요
마르세유가 전체적으로 다른 남프랑스보다 지저분하고 냄새나서 아쉽지만
숙소는 합리적인 곳이고 괜찮아요
매일 청소도 잘 해주시더라구요
공항가는 길도 쉬워서
잘 다녀왔습니다

Hotel is expensive for what it offers. While rooms were clean in general the public area, beside reception needs renovation.
A person from management left a car in the reception space which made it difficult to load and unload our bags. It’s a ver busy street.

In alta stagione per restare in low budget (130€ a notte comunque).
Camere vecchie e datate.
Clima rumoroso

Should be more welcoming and interacting more with client ,busy on their mobiles it seems more important for them . One complaint my luggage was taken out my room before the deadline of midday , it should not happen somebody need to brief housekeeping

Hôtel très bien placé et bien insonorisé côté extérieur mais pas côté couloir. Pour le reste, literie à revoir. Pour l’accueil, un sourire ne coûte rien.
Bref hôtel bien placé.

We arrived a lite early to be offered a room that was ready. As we were dpeaking our room became avsilable. It was on the 6th floor but had amazing views. The room was adequate and a good size. We were literally within a few minutes walk to the Old Port and so the kocation was first class.

This is not a beachfront property, but is very convenient to get around as close to the harbour, transit, and many cafes and restaurants. Good value for the money. Our room was quite spacious, lots of shelving for storage, comfortable bed, and clean. It was quite noisy though as we were on the first floor by the stairs and could hear everyone coming & going. The staff were very friendly & helpful.
