Pros:

They have selection of pillows to choose from. Room was comfortable and facilities were nice. Buffet breakfast was okay.

Perfect location to explore Singapore from a luxury base
Pros:

The location is excellant for MRT access set in a quieter area for central Singapore but still with a good range of eateries within walking distance

Cons:

I could not find any issues with the Sofitel

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, vom Concierge bis zum Service einfach top! 💛

Diese Reise war für mich sehr wichtig, und ich habe lange nach dem passenden Hotel gesucht. Ich wollte große, saubere Zimmer, da wir 8 Nächte bleiben würden, und auch Frühstück und Lage spielten eine große Rolle ich wollte eine zentrale Lage.
Das Sofitel City Centre hat alles übertroffen. Unser normales Zimmer war riesig, sauber und auf einem wirklich hohen Standard ich war positiv überrascht, da ich bei Sauberkeit sehr kritisch bin. Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Metrostation liegt weniger als eine Minute entfernt. Unter dem Hotel gibt es ein Starbucks und mehrere kleine Restaurants für ein schnelles Mittagessen.
Das Frühstück war inklusive und wirklich hervorragend, mit einer großen Auswahl. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen das Personal ist herzlich, der Concierge sehr hilfsbereit, und alles ist perfekt organisiert.
Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

This is the first time I have ever had issues with staff at a hotel in the 20+ hotels I have stayed at.
Pros:

Hotel interior beautiful and clean. Neighborhoods very nice. Cleaning staff also nice.

Cons:

Staff was cold, inhospitable, and inflexible. I was offered minimal flexibility on early check in and late check out. I arrived around 1pm extremely tired and was resting in a chair while waiting for my room. Was told by staff that I could sit but not “sleep”. Then I was told by another member of staff 20 minutes later that this was the “bar area” and that I had to move to another chair in the same room while 80% of the seating in the room was still unoccupied. I had two other similar but more minor interactions with staff to total 5 negative interactions with different members of staff. Bedsheets also felt plasticy.

La pileta es muy linda, el gimnasio no es muy completo, la ubicación es buena es céntrica, la habitación es linda y cómoda. Quizás me equivoque pero esta sobrevalorado, fui a hoteles en Singapur de cuatro estrellas mucho mas económicos y poseen la misma calidad y servicios.

Cons:

Esperaba mas del hotel, la verdad no hay mucha diferencia de calidad con otro hotel cuatro estrellas que me aloje, el Capri (creo se llamaba), de cuatro estrellas, y si habia una gran diferencia de precio

Perfect room, location but lack in staff professionalism & kindness
Pros:

Loved their cleanliness, location, our room and atmosphere in the lounge especially at night. Enjoyed their built-in filter water system available in the bathroom!

Cons:

However, the staff's professionalism & kindness did not match 5-star quality nor their restaurant for our breakfast as it was quite chaotic every morning for 3 x breakfasts we had where food & drinks would often vanish and we had to keep asking staff for top-ups which I did not expect to make such requests multiple times at a 5-star hotel.
