Pros:

Very comfortable bed, good sized room with a nice bathroom and lovely toiletries. Great location for Chinatown and with direct access to a MRT station in the basement. Nice outdoor swimming pool and great breakfast.

Pros:

Clean and very comfortable rooms, the little things like kettle, fridge, tea/coffee/water, robe and comfortable sitting place and buffet breakfast makes it exceptional. Ming zhao our housekeeper provided great service.

Lovely place. I really liked the pool and gym. Breakfast also good. I’d stay there again.

Cons:

The staff try, but there's something lacking in the service standards when compared with similar 5 star hotels. Inability to problem solve and make common sense decisions. I didnt feel the experience was reflective of the cost.
