It is what it is, you're paying for the convenience to the airport.
Pros:

The convenience to the airport. The shuttle staff was friendly.

Cons:

The price. It was incredibly overpriced. We only stayed there because we arrived at 1:30am and then checked out at 9am. Next time, I will take a rideshare to another property and spend one-third the price.

Minnesota nice is a thing
Pros:

Shout out to Mak and the team of the Intercontinental at MSP. It’s easy to access from Terminal 1 at the airport. Need a shuttle from 2. The team went the extra mile to help with transportation and location advice. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet despite be by the runway. Thanks for all the help.
