the staff was very helpful, and the restaurant was excellent, both the service and the food.
shuttle service was spotty
Clean room. Bed, linens, towels, shower were excellent. Air flow in the row was consistent, no humidity. The room was VERY quiet which was very nice.
LED lights were annoying. Master switch requires one to turn off and then walk to the bed. Was disappointed there was no restaurant or bar open when I arrived.
My stay was Fantastic, stayed at the Airport location. Ask for Moe as he was the most friendliest, most helpful customer/front desk attendant and his smile was contagious. The entire staff, from the airport shuttle, to the breakfast restaurant waitress down to housekeeping. EVERYONE showed superb hospitality. I will be a return visitor 10/10 RECOMMEND

No complaints
do not stay here if you require sleep. Our tweaker neighbor was singing, shouting, and playing music all hours. I called hotel staff twice. They showed up once. It never fixed the issue. At 2:00am, said neighbor starting bouncing his workout balls on the floor so we maybe got a 20 min nap in. I’ve tried desperately to resolve the issue but there’s not a single person at this hotel willing or able to help you. The shuttle was awful, don’t bring a tip. He threw our bags on the floors before loading. Then never unloaded them. I get complaining about both is a choice, but just beware; either do it ALL yourself or just trust in god. We paid $600 for one night. $200 on food and drink, and tipped. They haven’t called me back, emailed me back, or really do anything that would classify as customer service, friendliness, or care. Truly a terribly place. We stayed here because we have a young one who is in a car seat so we thought we’d treat ourselves, enjoy the food (pretty bland, very dry, mostly tasteless) and relax. None of those things happened. They’ve offered no credit, refund, or points. Just silence.

I had a wonderful experience at the Intercontinental MSP Airport. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and the staff is absolutely amazing! Mak was especially helpful ensuring that I was comfortable after surgery. I really appreciate the hospitality I found there.

I chose this hotel for the location. It is connected to the airport and has its own TSA security, which is incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurants and their staff were great. However, it was Moe at the front desk that made my stay exceptional. As I read through other reviews, I was not surprised to see his name mentioned multiple times. He is an asset to InterContinental and I hope that he gets recognized and rewarded for it! Thanks, Moe, for making my otherwise tough trip (a friend’s funeral), quite a bit easier.
Everything it’s one of my favorites to stay.
My experience at the Intercontinental Minneapolis – Saint Paul airport was outstanding from beginning to end. Mak and Moe at the front desk were incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. Knowing that I was a nervous flyer, they patiently answered all of my many questions about navigating the airport and help put me at ease. When I returned from my trip to pick up my car from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient, they greeted me with a warm and hearty welcome back.
Reggie picked me up from the airport in the hotel shuttle after my trip and could not have been kinder. He provided truly exceptional service and made the final part of my journey so easy and pleasant.
I also enjoyed a delicious dinner the night before my flight at the hotel’s restaurant, La Voya, where the service was equally attentive and caring.
The staff of the InterContinental made what could’ve been a stressful, travel experience, feel manageable and welcoming. I am now planning my future trips around a stay here. I highly recommend those hotel, especially to anyone flying through MSP!
