Pros:

The hotel environment is very quiet, with a convenient location right next to Bangkok Hospital. The surrounding area is mainly a local residential neighborhood, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. As a business traveler from out of town, although I only stayed for one night, the overall experience was excellent, allowing me to get sufficient rest within a limited time.

I would especially like to thank WEE MT, who patiently assisted me with printing some urgent documents and provided great help. The service was attentive and left a strong impression. I would also like to thank another front desk staff member who kindly arranged a room change when I was not satisfied with the original room, enabling me to rest in a more comfortable environment. Her service was both professional and considerate.

Overall, this was a very satisfying stay. Both the environment and service met a high standard. I would definitely choose this Holiday Inn again on my next trip.
