Great location
Pros:

The location is fantastic, especially if you need the convention centre. Public transport options are right on your doorstep. It's super easy to get up to the cattle yards or head west to some great BBQ at Terry Blacks. Breakfast options were good but also fairly standard for US accommodation.

No tea in the refreshment area that we could find
