Overall, service was good. We checked in past midnight and they were very helpful. Only one concern was the bathroom. The water from the shower area was not draining properly and flooding the whole bathroom area.
Safety
This is a good place to stay, near the market, session rd and burnham park. Downside is the beds were uneven.

Accessible area, everything was nearby and walkable. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Staff are very friendly and always have the initiative to extend help.
Centrally located near many attractions , eateries and shopping
I did not like how theres only 1 toilet paper for a party of 5. I also saw a few cockroaches in the bathroom. No hairdryer either. The bidet's hose is too stiff and hard to use.
However I did like the number of bedrooms. And the proximity to other places.
All is good...very comfortable...

Overpriced for the quality of the hotel. A very dated property
The room had a very strong clorox smell , we need to open the window, and the bunk bed are too close to each othe , I think it even attracted to each others.
I appreciated that everything I needed was within walking distance, including grocery stores and restaurants. Transportation options were conveniently located right in front of the property. However, the noise level, especially at night, can be disruptive, likely due to the bustling nature of the area. Overall, though, it's a great location with many amenities nearby.
I hope they could improve the bathroom windows to something opaque, change the bidet head since it’s leaking if not adjusted well, and add a fan in the living room. Other than that, we love the proximity of the place to session road and harrison road and the host is friendly and accommodating. Wifi is reliable too.

Stayed for 3nights at Family room w2 bedroom.
Family room are okey to stay with,
2-double size, double bunk beds good for kids to sleep with, although space is limited in the room.
Other room 2-double size bed with enough space.
Clean rooms.
With full kitchen ware you can cook if needed.
A walking distance. Close to Session road, Burnham park, night market, public market, near the Cathedral, near ili- likha.
There is a restaurant, DIY, SM-savemore.
Bakery just up front, and other stores.
Room free wifi.
Parking is not free.
Five star host and loved the nature around us.
Easy access for everything you wanna do in this place. Ok to stay for couple of days.
Very close to a lot of tourists spot.
