Beautiful property and the room was fantastic. They pay attention to the small details. The restaurant and bar are also wonderful. It’s very close by to the Vaparetto stop which is also convenient. Just an overall great experience!

The staff was so friendly, helpful, attentive. All the food at the hotel was so fresh and good. Breakfast was exceptional! We have been traveling all over Italy for 2 weeks and dinner at hotel restaurant was one of the best we had. If you stay, I recommend having dinner at the hotel at least one night. Max takes very good care of you!

We loved our stay at Nani Mocenigo palace. The staff was so attentive. We had a plumbing issue that was fixed immediately. Our room was small but perfect. We will be back! Breakfast in the court yard is not to be forgotten!

This place is gorgeous and charming. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and the staff is super friendly. The only thing I didn't love was the carpet in my room – it's seen better days. But the rest of the room was amazing! I totally recommend it.

Everything was great except the stairs in the room which were unpleasant with luggage. We were told that rooms of the class we booked have stairs. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have booked a different class of room. Also, with VIP access we should have received a room upgrade.

Beautiful hotel with a peaceful garden dining area. The staff were very friendly and helpful arranging tours and water taxis. The room we were in was very small with no view at all, but very nice with great AC.
