I stayed at this hotel in Lebanon for a little over a month and the experience was incredible. From the moment I got there I felt more like family than a guest. The hospitality is next level I’ve never had anything like it.
First off, the staff. I don’t even know where to begin. Every single person working there was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our comfort. But I HAVE to give a special shoutout to Mustafa and Yara — the absolute best people who went above and beyond every single day, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, offering help with the biggest smile. We were so lucky to meet them and know them. The staff was like that very warm and ready to help with anything.
The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had such a nice variety. Every morning we were able to ask for whatever we wanted and it always tasted so good. Then there’s the area by the pool it was so clean and relaxing and the perfect place to tan.
It wasn’t just a hotel stay, it felt like home away from home. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars because the service and people deserve it. If you’re thinking of visiting Lebanon and want to be treated like royalty while still feeling like part of a family, this is the place to go and I will most definitely be returning.

The Rooms was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived with friendly and kind staff. The room and lobby were spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The Rooms Hotel made my trip! From the perfect sea view to the amazing staff, everything was unbelievable. They were always ready to help, whether it was getting me a taxi, serving fresh breakfast, or even finding a laundry service. The pool was great, and swimming while looking out at the sea with the Our Lady of Lebanon statue in the distance was unforgettable. The location right off the highway made it easy to get around, but still felt calm and relaxing once inside. Booking The Rooms Hotel will be the first thing I do when planning a trip back!

I stayed at this hotel in Lebanon and it was such a great experience. The service was amazing! Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the second I walked in. You could really feel the genuine hospitality, which made the whole vibe super comfortable. Mustafa was very attentive to our needs no matter the request.
The place was also spotless. The room, the hallways, everything was well-kept and fresh, which I really appreciated.
Overall, just a solid experience. Great people, clean place, and really good energy all around. Definitely recommend it, and I’d 100% stay there again. The service was unmatched and I’ve never experienced hospitality like this.

Absolutely Exceptional – A Perfect Stay!

From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional specially Yara and Gerald —always ready to help with a smile. The check-in was seamless and quick, and I was even upgraded to a superior and more expensive room with a stunning view for free without me asking.
The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable.

The pool was crystal clear all the time.

The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything I wanted to see and yet felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

I travel a lot, but this hotel truly stood out. It felt more like a luxury experience than just a stay. I’m already planning my next visit next summer. Highly recommended without hesitation!

The most amazing thing about The Rooms is the staff. They were very efficient and friendly, especially Yara at the reception.

This hotel was a standout in the Jounieh area - each room has a breathtaking sea view. The hotel was modern and clean, staff were amazingly helpful and the beds very comfortable. Will definitely be back here each year.
