Hotel On Plonge Junior

The On Plonge Jr is a different location from the On Plonge. Jr is farther away from the old part of town and the casino, but the Jr is on the Ma Mamaia beach area and has beautiful views of the Lake. We took Uber to the old town, inexpensive. Lovely breakfast on the side of the lake, restful and peaceful, ducks and birdwatching.

The hotel is very good, one of the receptionist looks at you like you've entered in her house without permission.

Wonderful

Beautiful hotel. As a woman traveling solo, I enjoyed how safe and clean it was. The staff were very nice, delicious breakfast was included, parking was easy and free, and the lake side view was my favorite part.

Good hotel. Nice lake view rooms on the back side. Front side faces the street which can be of concern do to road noise. There is a gym upstairs that is for members, not hotel guest. Gym members sometimes take up the parking. Also there were two days without hot water.

The question I did not like anything Nother room service another room clean conditions not the hospitality from the employees I would not recommend anybody to visit this place the only positive I felt good about when the manager she came and did vacuum my room I do appreciate her other than that everything is bad

Nice hotel on the lake and also close to the Black Sea beaches of Mamaia. Good restaurant with a nice terrace with great views to sunsets on the lake. City of Constanta is only 4 km away.

Lovely hotel but with a dreadful restaurant. The buffet breakfast is served in a bizarre fashion from tables put in the wrong places. Fruit juices are at shoulder height with milk containers behind them right in the entrance to the kitchen/bar area so that staff are tripping by over you all the time. The food was fine but just a frustrating experience trying to get what you want. We also stayed for dinner and although the food was fine, the service was appalling. We were left completely alone for 20 minutes on 3 occasions and each time had to go to the bar to ask for someone to come to serve us again. We asked for 3 English Breakfast teas at the end of the meal but were given Earl Grey, they argued aggressively that it was English Breakfast and it was only when I had to go behind the counter and get the tea caddy myself that they discovered someone had put Earl Grey into their English Breakfast container. Even then there was no apology. If you don’t need food or drink I would recommend the hotel but if you do, don’t book here, it will frustrate you beyond belief.
