一人旅で利用させていただきました。旧市街からはちょっと距離が離れていますが、散歩がてら普段のハノイの街並みも見られたので、個人的には満足のいく滞在先でした。スタッフの方も、ほぼ英語が通じますし、皆さん大変親切です。設備に関しては、部屋に備え付けのドライヤーの接続不良がありましたが、何回かコンセントを抜き差しすれば問題なく電源が入りました。それ以外は、ベッドも清潔でしたし、アメニティも充実したので、全く問題はありませんでした。オススメできるホテルです。

Pros:

Nice hotel, lovely staff and nice breakfast. Rooms are quite spacious for a Hanoi hotel, as buildings are built upwards and long. Staff were helpful and could recommend some good places to go.

Simple hotel, great staff attitude
Pros:

Within a slim building, the rooms are quite small, but well set. The stair space is also scarce. One may wonder about evacuation procedures and local fire regulation. There is something to say about the noise isolation. The breakfast menu is also on the light side, if not even frugal.

An impressive defiance of logic is provided by the floor plan (see photo, please spot the error).

An excellent impression is provided by reception staff, not all equipped with the best language skills, but all making up for their young age with a great, positive attitude.

Really nice
Pros:

For our stay for 2 nights we enjoyed the stay . The room was nice and the bed Comfy. The staff was kind and helpfull.
Breakfast they had 2 expat dishes and some Vietnamese dishes .
The door to our balcony was good couldn't hear any noise .
We rented a bike for 1 day that was the only minus the bike was in poor condition.
For sure we will use the hotel again .

Although no stay here long time but enjoy enthusiastic style of service staff, enthusiasm, thoughtful. Clean rooms, reasonable prices. very great trip.
