Very lovely place with an amazing host and her family. We felt there very good looked after and overall atmosphere of the place was amazing. Cozy bungalows, big breakfast and small litte pool.
4 starts only because of the location - it is close to the big Pogoda and it is perfect if you want to explore it and be close to it but it was a little isolated from more touristic places like restaurants, massage places gyms etc that was important too us. But if you don’t care that much about it and want to be in a quite place with locals this is your place!

What an amazing place to stay. Jasmine is a wonderful host who will make sure you have the most amazing, peaceful and comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well decorated and have all amenities. The homestay is super clean and has nice touches.Breakfast is delicious and plenty. There are a lot of choices when it comes to lunch and dinner with everything home made and delicious. Prices are very reasonable and you can enjoy your stay without the need to go to any restaurants outside. Free bicycles for use and you can rent a scooter for a reasonable price also. Jasmine is always available to answer any questions or any help you need. You will get plenty of tips from her to visit nearby attractions or any other info you need. It was simply amazing and peaceful stay. If you are looking for a beautiful and comfortable place in Ninh Binh look no further.

Very peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc. We thought this place was great value, gracious hosts, and comfortable accommodations. We went for the evening set dinner and it did not disappoint. Portions were more than generous, varied each night, and was delicious. We were able to rent a motor scooter each day, which is pretty much a necessity to visit other sites (or coordinate a driver). There is a nice looking swimming pool, which we didn't use, as it can get quite cool in January in Ninh Binh.

What a hidden gem. This Ninh Minh Mountain View Hotel could not have been more wonderful or welcoming. We absolutely loved our 3 nights here.

Friendly and welcoming. Get a motor bike, nothing is within walking distance.

Mountain View was the highlight of our trip to vietnam. They offer everything you need and great local insight at very affordable prices. We had maps and info for all the surrounding sights, and motorbike rental all from the homestay. Breakfast is included, dinner is reasonable, and all the food is great. Jasmine and her family even went the extra mile helping us after a motorbike accident with first aid supplies and room service dinner. Upon Jasmine's suggestion, we visited Trang An, Mua Caves viewpoint, and Bich Dong Pagoda. That took 2 days, expect 3-4 days if you want to see all the Ninh Binh attractions. Highly recommended experience.

Personnel accueillant, attentif à nos besoins. Calme. Propre. Nous fournit une carte récapitulant les lieux touristiques et le Temps de visite à envisager. Loue des scooters et prêt de casques. Bon wifi. Avons eu une Chambre avec grand balcon très agréable pour profiter du temps qui passe.

This was one of the last places my wife and I stayed in our trip through Vietnam and it was absolutely wonderful. If you’re reading this review and considering staying at the Ninh Binh Mountain View Homestay honestly you should just book it. Jasmine the host was so nice to work with. She provided meals and tips on how to get around and also let us rent a scooter for a few US$ per day. The rooms were clean and set up like little bungalows. A bit of a drive from here to Tam Coc but if you take a scooter you can just make a day pf it and explore that area before returning here to relax and have dinner. Highly recommend the dinner and breakfast offered here as it is very good and authentic. 10/10

Lovely home stay, the people are friendly and helpful! The dinner we ordered was amazing and plenteous for the four of us! And the breakfast that was included in our stay was delicious, especially the pancakes, large and tasty!!

Basically is the best homestay where I have been during my travels.
The place was very nice and peaceful, extremelly clean, ( the cleanest I had in vietnam ), the locations in just by the big Pagoda.
The family is so lovely, it makes you happy to see them every day, originally we were staying 2 says and we extended 2 more.
The food is incredible, and is very very cheap for the price. They are lovely and I even the cat and the dog.
My best experience in vientman, Just out of te place you will see the goats, the cows and the
water buffalos.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Ninh Ninh und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade in einen der Bungalows bekommen, der sehr sauber und komfortabel war. Das Bett und die Bettwäsche war sehr bequem und es hat auch einen Heizstrahler für die kalten Nächte. Wir haben unsere Mahlzeiten abends im Gästehaus eingenommen und waren absolut begeistert. Erst waren wir skeptisch, da man nur auswählen konnte, ob man vegetarisches Essen oder Essen mit Fleisch haben möchte und wussten nicht ganz, was uns erwartet. Doch das Essen (wir hatten vegetarisch) war absolut köstlich und die Menge war ebenfalls riesig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder her kommen! Danke für Alles :)

This has got to be the best stay of our entire trip so far. The beds are super comfortable, staff are friendly, food is great and by far too much for two people, so won't go to bed hungry. Clean house and all the previous review read about this place do add up! Highly recommend to stay here, for atleast 2 nights!
