Pam Thermal Hotel & Clinic Spa

I went to go to with myself. this holiday station is very comfortable for me because all pools is same area and easy reach.
everyting is perfect for me, I do not understand to any guest doesnot like here.
absolutely ridiculous. prices are less - breakfast and dinner delicious - pools are great and cleaned.

The main building and residence blocks are quite beautiful and the thermal pool is invigorating; however, the staff are not all properly trained and we did not meet one who was fluent in English. Although generally we love Turkish food, here we were disappointed. Perhaps it was just too authentic and not toned down to touristic tastes.
The room had a number of deficiencies in terms of provisions, although the staff were quick to supply what we needed, once they actually understood what we were asking for.
The place was generally noisy from morning till late at night, so it was not what you would describe as restful.
One particular irritant was that the restaurant manager took a photograph of my drink, if I ordered spirits. Is that customary ?

Hôtel très sympa dans ce petit coin à Karahayit.
Les accès sont très faciles tant pour la piscine que pour l’eau thermal.
L’hôtel est calme, top pour un séjour en famille.
Leger bémol pour le dîner, ce n’est pas le meilleur buffet d’hôtel mais ça reste correct.

Comfort but room cleaning is common

I have visited this hotel in the past and had a nice time but not on this occasion.
This hotel caters for disabled people seeking treatment for their conditions.
I myself am using a stick and so is my friend.
I sat on a sunlounger on the wrong end and it tipped over leaving me on the floor.A male member of staff rushed over and CHECKED THE SUNLOUNGER WAS NOT BROKEN, LEAVING ME ON THE FLOOR.HE DID NOT ASK IF I WAS OK OR HELP ME.
We stayed for 2 nights, on the day we departed we were told we could stay in the hotel grounds until 2pm. Our coach was at 7.30pm.
We had 4 bottles of small water that we had saved from our room.we asked for some ice and we were given a small paper cup and not a glass as on previous days.we also got told, " you can't drink that,You need to buy from the bar"
We were sat in the Garden minding our own business and a fellow male guest came over, he only spoke little English but managed to ask my friend to go a night club,where he could get narcotics and alcohol. He then also wanted her to go to his room.I did not escape his behaviour, he ripped of my shoes and started prodding my very swallon feet.
Our room was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable and we had very little sleep.
The shower was over the bath which was dangerous.
The toilet roll was not replaced and we barely had enough.
The food was below standard. Snotty looking eggs for breakfast. The same dry Tuna and pink chicken on both evenings.
Good range of salads .nice lentil soup but no bread.we did ask but the staff don't speak Turkish or English.
The pool area was playing loud night club music all day to drown out the loud welding going on most of the day.
Make your own mind up.

Gayet güzel

Tesis ormanın kenarında, sessiz, yeşil, sakin. Standart odalar yeterli büyüklükte; klima sessiz, güzel çalışıyor. Açık termal havuz gayet büyük ve içindeki sıcak su 10.00 dan geceye kadar sürekli akıyor. Sıcaklık traverten tarzı kademelendirmelerle aşamalı olmuş, çok kullanışlı. Normal havuz da büyük yeterince.
Yemekler biraz zayıf çeşit ve lezzet bakımından ancak personelin ilgisi, güleryüzü, tesisin konumu ve havuzları yemekleri telafi ediyor bence.

Hübsche Lage.

I don’t get all the negative reviews. We thought this was a great place to stay and really enjoyed the thermal pools indoor and outdoors the sauna and Turkish bath. The outdoor pool was great too.

The afternoon tea was an unexpected bonus

The breakfast and dinner buffet was extensive, something for everyone

Had no issues with any of the amenities, everything worked just fine.

Quibbles:

Looks like lots of rooms- maybe a wing- are under refurbishment or renovation but our room was far away and we were not inconvenienced.

Room is a bit small if you have big suitcases; there are lots of tour groups so it can be a bit hectic at mealtime; and the belly dancing was a bit meh mainly the belly dancer spent more time trying to get the audience to participate than performing herself.

Very nice hotel. The best in the area. One thing that could be improved is a music at the pool. There could be much softer melodies without loud vocals that would allow guests to enjoy the hotel/clinic even better.

If I could give it no * then that’s what it would get!
No hot running water in room for washing, bathing.
Refrigerator in room not working, asked for exchange, not done.
Keycard failed twice in the first evening, engineer had to visit and give us a master key!
Kettle provided, but no cups!
Ceiling tiles in bathroom collapsing!

The best hotel in the neighbourhood with the best thermal pools.

This was my second visit. I went with my wife and daughter and we really enjoyed our stay. The weather was lovely in April, the pool was nice and warm, the hotel was not too busy and the food was great. Convenient for visiting Pamukkale and the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel during an organized tour of Turkey. The hotel is old, the rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is definitely run-down, with rusty fixtures. The spa area was dirty and poorly maintained. Both dinner and breakfast were mediocre. It's hard to believe this hotel is rated five stars. Professional staff, they manage efficiently a huge number of guests.

Booked for 3 nights, stayed 1 night, because the outdoor thermal pool is out of service (see pictures, I chose this hotel because of the outdoor thermal pool). Hotel did not advise me about it, I would have cancelled and booked somewhere else without hassle. Breakfast: only savoury food, not a single cake. Buffet dinner: half of the food is cold. Room: very dark, with a low ceiling, old bathroom.

This hotel is not worthy of the 5-star rating. Although our room was one of the nicest we have had in Turkey with nice decor & generous room, the bathroom is in desperate need of upgrading or at least good maintenance. The pool and thermal baths areas are great; guests are requested to wear bath caps when using the thermal baths, but these come at a cost of US$1 per cap; it would've been nice to have these caps complimentary. Breakfast and dinner offer a generous spread.

It was a wonderful stay. The hot sulfur pools are amazing. The reception and dining hall are spacious and have a beautiful view of the hot water. The dining staff are also wonderful and friendly.
