Overall, great stay! Very decent for the money.
Pros:

Very clean, big room and bathroom. My room was ready upon my arrival, and I was able to check-in earlier. Very nice and friendly staff, especially the lady at the reception desk and the lady in the canteen serving breakfast. Beautiful building with a yard and an antique fountain at the entrance. The location is super convenient, you can easily walk to main attractions like Fontana Di Trevi or Vittorio Emanuele building, which you can basically see at the end of the street. Very close to Termini station, as well as a subway stop Repubblica near Fontana delle Naiadi.

Cleanliness is prioritised which is important even at low price points
Pros:

Great location. Reasonable prices. Clean bedsheets and towels that are changed daily. Bathroom grout was maintained clean. No water stains or stray hairs on the floor or in corners, or any dust on the heated towel racks or shelves.

Friendly staff. Dog friendly

Cons:

It is dated but the bathrooms were modern and maintained. Breakfast was a lot of sugar options only besides boiled eggs, but at low prices these things can be forgiven.

Excellent find and 15 mins walk to almost all the main sights.
Pros:

We had plenty of space and the aircon was very welcome.
Within 15 mins walk to most main sites.
Breakfast was fresh and very welcoming staff.
Our check-in and checkout was painless and staff explained everything on arrival and offered to get us a taxi when leaving or leave our cases if we needed to kill time

Personale gentilissimo e davvero disponibile. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia e siamo arrivati intorno alle 10:00, quindi in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto per la consegna della camera. Nonostante ciò, il signore alla reception (prrof di matematica☺)ci ha accolti con grande cortesia, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli e ci ha dato la possibilità di utilizzare il bagno. Anche il ragazzo che ci ha poi consegnato la camera molto gentile, idem la ragazza che gestiva la colazione. Molto cordiale e disponibile.
La stanza era praticamente un vero e proprio appartamento: molto spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alla stazione, ma una volta arrivati non sembra affatto di trovarsi in una zona caotica. Al contrario, il quartiere è elegante, tranquillo e molto ben servito.
A piedi abbiamo potuto raggiungere comodamente la maggior parte delle principali attrazioni. Un altro aspetto che ho particolarmente apprezzato è il fascino della struttura, situata all'interno di una caratteristica corte storica. Se dovessi tornare a Roma, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel. Assolutamente consigliato!
