Everything good about the hotel. Was an overnight between international flights. Only confusing thing was hotel shuttle is a tram in the airport not a bus. Just needs to be clearer on expedia.

The Holiday Inn Express CDG - is an a excellent location for those who need to fly out very early from CDG. The staff is very helpful and take the time to answer questions regarding the various transportation options to CDG. The room was very clean, new but a bit cold. The airport shuttle was on-time and very helpful. I was too early to try to breakfast but it is in the lobby as are the cafe/bar.
A good choice for an early flight out of CDG.

Pros:

Not a 5 star hotel, but perfect to decompress after a long flight. Easy walking access via CDGVal from Terminal 2. Good free breakfast. Other meals pricey, but it's a hotel.
Rooms clean. My last stay had a clogged sink, but staff is not going to know unless the previous guest reported. Time before that was noisy shower plumbing. Easy access back to all trains and ground transport

The room was small but it had what I needed. It was very convenient to the airport ehich was the reason I chose it. I had a frustrating dining experience for both dinner and breakfast. I waited 2 hours for dinner as the wasitress forgot to put in our order. We were starving. When they reslized their mistake, they offered us one drink. We protested and after 10 minutes they finally comped the meal. Breakfast hours were 6am ,-11am. I got there at 7:30 and got the last of the scrambled eggs. When my travel partner arrived at 8:30, eggs were no longer offered..check in and put was seamless.

Personnel très accueillant et serviable cependant douche extrêmement glissante restaurant bruyant odeur de cuisine et d’huile de friture très désagréable tables pas toujours propres sol très sale…. Restaurant plus cantine médiocre que restaurant! Mais j’insiste personnel très accueillant et serviable rien à dire du serveur à l’accueil au chef de la réception jusqu’au directeur à qui j’ai eu à faire
