We stayed for one night and wish we booked to stay longer. Lovely stay, great facilities and wonderful environment.
Pros:

We stayed in the phoenix suite, the facilities were great. The staff was also excellent and very accommodating and always there if we ever needed anything.

Another superb stay at Thomas Wright House
Pros:

Second stay at Thomas Wright House in the Phoenix Suite. As with my first visit, it exceeded almost all expectations. The room was comfortable, had everything we needed and the spa bath was lovely.
We made use of the garden in the unseasonable warmth we've had and enjoyed our complimentary prosecco out there.
Breakfast was delicious and delivered complimentary to the room on time.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, happily getting us ice and glasses and even letting us know our takeaway had arrived.
The hotel was quiet and we weren't disturbed.
Would definitely visit again.

Cons:

There's very little not to like. The restaurant is only open on certain days and we weren't able to eat there but we knew in advance and planned accordingly.
The shower in the room could maybe do with a deeper clean around the door seals soon but that really didn't effect our stay.
The robes in the room were a little on the small side, larger ones would be more cosy and have better coverage.

Lovely little gem! Perfect stay!
Pros:

The room was perfect. Exactly what we wanted! Immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The hostess and other staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay. We will definitely be returning again soon. Believe the hype about the breakfast! It was beautiful!

This place is amazing!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Food was amazing, staff was all for friendly and nice. The room was absolutely perfect aswell.

Overnight stay
Pros:

We loved everything!!! There was nothing we could fault about our stay. The staff were so welcoming and so friendly. The property was spotless as was our room. So beautifully decorated, and so clean and fresh. Bed was so comfy.
We used the restaurant and was not dissapointed, great choices on the menu and the food is top class, again with great service.

So glad we have found this gem of a place as we will be back for a longer stay.

absolutely amazing we had the hot tub room and it was just perfect decor was lovely the pub was lovely food amazing we had sunday lunch and the breakfast delivered too your bedroom was fabulous, one of the best breakfasts i’ve had in a long time fresh produce cooked too perfection. all the staff were amazing very friendly and warming nothing was too much trouble a perfect stay 10/10 can’t wait too return

Brilliant stay
Pros:

All of the staff here are brilliant, really welcoming and will do anything to help you during your stay. Our room was amazing, We really enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and sauna. This is our second stay and we will definitely be back.
