È stato semplicemente magico e sereno
Pros:

Anche se non è la colazione internazionale, la struttura mette a disposizione h24, non solo acqua ma anche succhi, cocacola e la macchinetta x caffè e cappuccini di ogni tipo, oltre a brioche e cereali...inoltre la posizione è veramente comodissima e centralissima

The hotel staff were nice and very accommodating.
Pros:

Centrally located so that we could see all of the sights of the town.
The room was clean.

Cons:

The ‘breakfast’ was very sparse. We ended up going out & buying our own.
Came back in the evening to a broken air conditioner unit, thankfully we didn’t slip on the very wet floor and that the front desk staff was still there to move us to another ( & nicer) room.

The location and staff were nice

Cons:

We were first in the 3rd floor WITH NO LIFT! My mum is 69 and has back issue, so that horrendous. We managed to change for a lower room later, but still. The room 302 is flithy, humid, dirty with insects, and super cold.

Tesisin konumu ŞAHANE❤️ Katedralin hemen karşı sokağında ve harika restoranların en yakınında.Havaalanına uzaklığı 20 dk.
Tesis son derece temiz ve resepsiyon görevlisi Alfonso çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü.
Bir daha gelsem yine burada kalmak isterim.

Perfect location
Pros:

Location top notch - so close to Cathedral and lots of eateries but in very quiet street - perfect! Great value for money. Very helpful staff on arrival. Good WiFi. Coffee machine and cold beverages available all day. Roof top terrace nice bonus.

Cons:

My room was just off reception area and when people were coming and going it was a bit noisy. Also my shower cubicle tended to overflow - but easily dealt with using rolled up bath mat as a barrier!

Good value, well located hotel room - great if you just need a comfy nights sleep after sightseeing
Pros:

Very friendly welcome.
Attention given to my arrival time with clear communication on this - very helpful for planning transport/ luggage storage etc.
Quiet property in spite of its very central touristy location.
Room was large, clean and comfortable; huge shower. Ample hanging space in closet.
Also the honour bar for free water, juice, coffee, cereal & snacks was a lovely unexpected surprise.
