Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, muy buena atención. Tiene un sitio con bebidas, café y snacks a disposición de los huéspedes sin costo, esto me pareció excelente!

Limpio, tranquilo y con muy buen servicio
Pros:

Personal muy amable y servicial. Todo estaba muy limpio y era muy silencioso. Me sorprendió además encontrar café y algunas bebidas de cortesía en el hall de recepción, un detalle que se agradece.

Me pareció especialmente práctico el servicio gratuito de consigna después del check-out. Como mi tren salía varias horas después, pude dejar allí mi mochila y aprovechar para dar una vuelta por la ciudad y hacer fotos sin tener que cargar con ella.

Una estancia muy agradable y un servicio estupendo. ¡Muy recomendable!

arkadaşım , odayı açamadığı için resepsiyonda uyumak zorunda kaldı. saat 23 den sonra görevli yok.. şansınız varsa odaya girebilirsiniz. bu otel de kalacaksınız , odaya girdikten sonra çıkmayın. aramlara asla cevap vermediler , sonra da dalga geçer gibi , neden aramadınız dediler.

Although the hotel is in an excellent central location, the biggest downside was the noise. The neighborhood was very lively, and unfortunately there was almost no soundproofing in the room, so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We also had an issue with guests in the room next to ours, who were making a lot of noise late at night (00:30). Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception to report the problem to, so we had to ask them ourselves to keep the noise down. Thankfully, they stopped, but it would have been reassuring to have staff available to handle situations like this.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but better soundproofing and 24-hour reception availability would significantly improve the guest experience.
