The rooms are beautiful and clean, there's a rooftop pool, and K.Joy provided excellent and friendly service and advice. The accommodation is in the heart of the city, close to shopping areas, a short walk to the beach, and only 15 minutes from the airport. It ticks all the boxes.

Good location -5 mins from your room to the walking street and the shopping mall

This is the view you will get during high season, half of the rooms looking into carpark, location is good since its adjacent to shopping center, dont let me mention all the fake thai reviews, copy pasted with only couple of words different.

Again during high season service is also non-existent, diy, self service maybe your thing? And you like prison-escape(y) rooms?

I have a great time here during my stay. All staff from front desk were helpful. I’d like to thank you all of them if I remember. Thank you Mook, Kaw, Pam, BB, Honey and Joy to always help and make me happy on my holiday. Every time when I came to reception, their face always smile to me and I love that. By the way I love smoothies from Cutter so so much. I’ll be back for sure thank you guys

Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are nice and new, also the bathroom, water pressure in the shower was great, they clean the rooms every day. Kaen from the front desk was super nice and very welcoming. I stated in the rooms near the pool, great location,
Only downside is that to get to the rooms in the second or third building you need to go down to floor 1, cross the first building and the go up to your location.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas and with easy access to everything I needed. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for the price. Cleanliness throughout the property is impressive, and the noise level was low, allowing me to rest well.

The service from the staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The amenities provided were convenient and made my stay even better.

I had a fantastic stay at COSI in Koh Samui. The location is perfect – central to everything and close to the beach. The hotel is modern and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

A special thank you to Pam at the front desk who worked the night shift. She was always so cheerful and helpful, and really made my stay extra special. I highly recommend COSI to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Location with a lot of amenities like eateries, shopping, cafe, michelin restaurants. Near Chaweng beach for water sports and beach hopping.
