Not worth the money
Pros:

Location is good. Many places reachable by longer walk. Not much else positive from the get go.

Cons:

Unpleasantness started even before we reached hotel. They required advanced payment which was properly done. As I was in a plane, unreachable, I was not able to send proof of payment. For two hours they were calling my friend a scammer that makes them lose their time, constantly saying they never received payment. After me landing and providing proof there was no real apology, just an information that they "have several bank accounts and didn't checked this specific one" - note, that was the only one they provided. In the rooms there were bugs running around. Rooms not to clean. Plastic and dirty garden chairs in rooms. Water heater very small and inefficient, so hot shower impossible.

If you are bachelor and looking for budget hotel Keys river view will be decent choice .
