Good location, probably better hotels in the area
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff

Cons:

Hotel is massively run down. Smell of drains and rotten egg from the bathroom. Mattress rolled into the middle and weird sounds from the ventilation system in the hotel room. Lifts take forever during busy times and there doesn’t seem to be stairs to use

Overall was very nice in the location was great. And the staff was extremely friendly.
Pros:

The spa was a nice amenity included in the price of the room.

Cons:

Not much, but if I have to pick something for me, there was not any free disposable slippers.

Pros:

Everything! Staff, room, facilities, breakfast food, and public bath/sento/onsen. The view from our room was also good. Public bath are tattoo friendly and available after 11 pm without cover or with cover patch anytime. I have a large shoulder tattoo and was able to cover it with multiple patches which was okay per their staff. Highly recommend getting breakfast included in your room as it was very convenient and had good quality food, wide selection, and tasty coffee and juices. Location was also not far from the center or main station which made it easy to navigate around the city.

Cons:

Trash cans in the room were extremely small. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great hotel located well for seeing the sight in Hiroshima
Pros:

Beautiful hotel - with a concealed entrance that made it feel a little more exclusive.
Staff went above and beyond with all my requests.
The facilities were really good, the hot bath on the roof was especially welcomed after a day of sightseeing.
Would highly recommend a stay here - close by all the things you need to see and do in Hiroshima
