很好的住宿點，逛街也方便，飯店旁就有付費停車場
Pros:

房間配置好，有沙發，有溫泉，餐廳在高樓，景很好！到的第一天因為停車費的付費問題得到規格很好的協助，櫃檯女員工英文流利，態度親切，很感謝她！

Excellent hotel, excellent locale.
Pros:

My room on level 3 had a nice patio but would have been more useful in times other than winter. The top floor open air onsen was amazing.

다음에 히로시마 방문하면 또 묵고 싶은 호텔
Pros:

대욕장이 있어 피로 풀기에 정말 최고였어요. 호텔 입구가 처음에 벽면인줄 알고 몇 번 주변을 두리번 거렸어요. 가까이에 가니까 벽면 문이 자동으로 열리더라구요..^^; 위치가 좋아서 웬만한 곳은 걸어다녔어요. 식당, 쇼핑하기도 좋구, 돈키호테도 가까이에 있어요. 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절했어요.. 한국어 하시는 직원분도 계세요.

Cons:

소파베드가 조금 딱딱했어요..엘리베이터 기다리는데 층 표시가 없어서 조금 답답했어요..

14층 사우나가 있어서 좋았어요.

청소가 미흡해서 좀 더 세심한 필요ㅠ 특히 바닥에 긴 머리 카락이 많이 나와서 당황스러웠음.

無駄なしスマート宿泊
Pros:

フロント&レストランを13Fに設定して
最上階に大浴場を設けているので景色を満喫出来た。
カードキーでセキュリティーも確保しているのもいい。チェックアウトの煩わしさもないので良かったです。

Cons:

エレベーターが少ないのが残念
階段も屋外仕様のようで、自力移動は緊急時のみだった点です。
