The bathroom moved when you walked in. It seems to be one of those pre-assembled bathrooms and it moved as if you were on a boat.
The small nametags for the breakfast had no indicators to show the food alergens. After asking for one, I got no gluten information, only wheat. And wheat was in 95 percent of the food because they dont use gluten free soy sauce. I could not eat even scrambled eggs.
The people working in the hotel speak practically no english. I understand that from a restaurant, but from a hotel, that is laughable (english is not my mother tongue, so of course I dont expect perfection, just communication)
The spa facilities are an onsen with separated genders, so if you are expecting to be able to talk to your partner, bad luck.

We have spent the past three weeks travelling around Japan, staying in some wonderful hotels and experiencing exceptional Japanese hospitality.

During our travels, we stayed at your Candeo hotel in Osaka and enjoyed the experience so much that we actually extended our stay. Naturally, this gave us confidence when booking another Candeo property in Hiroshima.

Unfortunately, our experience in Hiroshima was very disappointing by comparison.

Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the hotel’s excellent location, particularly its proximity to the Atomic Bomb Dome and other attractions. We also appreciate that different properties offer different room sizes, facilities and levels of luxury.

Our main disappointment, however, was the breakfast experience and the overall standard of service.

Having to queue for breakfast, finding a limited selection of food, items running out without being replenished promptly, and a coffee machine that wasn’t working all contributed to a frustrating experience. Being expected to clear our own plates afterwards only added to the disappointment.

We do not expect every hotel to be luxurious, but we do expect the basic standards of hospitality and service to be consistent, particularly within the same hotel group.

The difference between our wonderful experience in Osaka and our stay in Hiroshima was considerable.

Japan has been an incredible journey, and we have genuinely enjoyed the hotels and hospitality throughout our travels. Sadly, Hiroshima was the one hotel experience that fell noticeably short of our expectations.

I hope you take this feedback constructively, as improvements to these relatively simple aspects of service could make a significant difference to future guests.

コインランドリーの使用状況が部屋からわかると便利かと思います。エレベーターのを長いこと待って14階まで行ってすべて利用中、またエレベーターを待って降りるのしんどいものでした。

ランドリーの機械(特に乾燥機)がとてもスローで何回やっても乾燥ぜず、他のお客様も呆れていた。翌日は早く移動だったし干す場所が少ないので不便だった。

大浴場にタオルを置いてほしい。

Cups and mugs not changed daily. Bathroom and room could have been vacuumed. Too much and too strong incense in the foyer and hallways. Very dimly lit hallways so not great if you are vision impaired. Could do with a few extra washing machines. Air con not great (noisey).

only two things during my second stay at this hotel: 1st: the sink in the 405 bathroom was damaged by previous guests and the water was therefore not draining properly. 2nd: I did not find the "do not disturb"-sign in the room. I'm not sure if the property just doesn't provide one or if I just didn't manage to find it.

Those are just really small issues, though. I'm happily still leaving 10 points with this review as both these points didn't have any negative impact on my stay.

工作人員還算禮貌，有協助處理，但是衣服還是沒乾

The room smelt of smoke the first night.
The size of room and bathroom small for the price paid.
Breakfast lacked variety, very little fresh fruit.
Didn’t like the fact one side of the bed was right by the wall and the bed had a dip in it that meant you rolled into the middle. Room 307
