Un vrai cauchemar
On nous donne une chambre qui pue, on nous la change. En face de l’accueil, je commence à choisir les amenities, une employée débarque me voir en me demandant ce que je fais, pensant que je n’avais plus de chambre. J’ai donc vécu un moment très désagréable à l’accueil devant tout le monde.

L’attente pour l’ascenseur est extrêmement longue, compter 5-10 pour chaque déplacement.
Pour le petit-déjeuner , il y a un système de réservation avec une attente longue , il faut encore prévoir du temps, nous on a dû attendre 40 minutes. L’anglais parlé par les employés est très moyen.

清潔感あり、シンプルなホテルです。
Pros:

最上階のお風呂はシンプルで清潔で良かったです。朝食スタッフが迅速に対応されていました。

Cons:

お値段の割にお部屋が狭かったです。お風呂の扉は反対開きだと開けやすかったと思います。スリッパをで過ごす範囲から数歩外に出なければ扉が開けられない作りで、少し違和感がありました。
