L'hotel dispone di una spa molto bella, perfetta per concedersi un momento di relax dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura: il Parco della Pace si raggiunge in circa 15 minuti a piedi e nei dintorni ci sono numerosi negozi e ristoranti. Gli spostamenti da e verso la stazione sono comodi e semplici, grazie alle diverse fermate di tram e autobus situate a pochi passi dall’hotel.
In generale, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno: una struttura confortevole, ben posizionata e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Weinig service. Kamer klaar om 15:00 geen minuut eerder. Zeer kleine kamer (was net eens de kleinste vh hotel). Kleine entree.
Location was ideal as just a tram ride away from most attractions we wanted to go to.
Smoking room was located on the floor we were on & although rooms were non smoking, not ideal being on the floor where people could smoke.
Buffet breakfast was a little disappointing.

It is a beautiful hotel and the onsen is great!
The room was a little small for 3 even by Japanese standards
Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It was central to everything in Hiroshima, close to the train line and the room was fantastic. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. They were really accommodating for our late arrival after our flight delays and helped us get settled quickly
Maybe that the onsen is naked bathing but they have tried to accommodate tradition with tourists by separating male and female. I wouldn’t bath naked in an onsen so we missed out on this experience.

お部屋に化粧水等のアメニティがない事にビックリでした。
最低限の荷物で行きたい人には向かない所かなと思います。
