Ambience, Staff politeness ( Mr Surya, Mr Amit, Mr Ajay ) and all helping Staff. They were all gentle and helping. Food was awesome 👌 👏. Rooms were par excellence 👌.

The Room and the hotel was not upto the mark as per the price of the room......the service was not good....i have requerst for special request..they havent fulfill it....food was not good....the air conditoned of the room was getting off again and again ... i have paid 15000 rs...but it was not worth it....

I really like the location, staff was helpful and also they are kind enough to upgrade us to bigger room because we are 3 people staying in that.
Also one of the great thing about the property is view. It has very pretty view of sajjangarh fort.
What I do not like about the property is sometimes room service is very late and sometimes they forget about the anything we called on service. We have to call twice 2 times to get water.
The other thing I don’t like about them is food. Few food items was yummy. But most of them is cold in the serving station, some food items are empty. And also taste of few food items was not that great. We had breakfast on other 5 star property as well , in comparison of them the no of items I fee is less and cold.
Third thing I don’t like about the property is as stated it is 5 star hotel. But staying there doesn’t feel like it. I had better experience in 4 star hotels. Everything is so slow and silent. The way you feel to be treated in a 5 star property is not there. Which feel like little over rated in that field.
The hospitality of the staff was below average and the security of this hotel is also very low.
Just finished a 3 night stay here with my 2 kids. There were pros and cons. The suite rooms were big and had amazing views and 2 full bathrooms. They accommodated our extra bed request easily. One of the showers had drain issues and it took 3 tries to communicate this before they sent the right person up (first one came up with an iron!).
The food service was not very good even though the food was good. Breakfast opens at 7am but they don’t have any of the hot items out until you beg for them and the first day they came at 8am and the second at 820am. Why advertise 7am breakfast if all you have out is fruit and pastries? Also the first day, they said they would send food to our room at certain times and I had to call several times to get it, and it was delayed by 45 minutes. The last day, I had communicated with the front desk that they would make us a packed breakfast due to an early flight, by 530am. When we got down at 6am, nothing was ready. When the front desk person asked the kitchen staff, it seemed they had forgotten. I asked for just some bananas and the kitchen staff person said they had them and then just stood there without moving so we left without food. The people who help with food service don’t understand English so they often brought me the wrong thing. It seems like a basic thing that a 5 star hotel should have customer facing staff who speak English. The worst thing is that at 11pm on the night before we left, they rang our room bell and room service was there though I hadn’t ordered. I’m lucky I got there fast and my kids didn’t wake up, but how do you not get a room number correct so late for room service.
If it weren’t for the restaurant service, this hotel would be good but that service was pretty lacking overall.
