This place is really the worst especially since we saw photos on booking .com and the rooms looked large and clean. For travelers from US, IT IS NOT 4 STAR AT ALL. We asked for room service around 630 pm and waited for someone to show up until midnight but nobody showed up. The tiny bathroom tiles are chipped... Please don't waste your hard earned money here 😞

Hotel don't have a double room they make scam with people i book double room with king bed but they give me different room with two single bed

Don’t stay this hotel better to stay 50 riyal room or any building . But dont west your money
Dirty beds . Carpet very old& sticky bed too small . Bathroom very dirty ,WC seat are yellow . And no care for anything you will not find any management to solve your issue .

Such a pathetic hotel. Bathrooms are stinky. There is water clogged in the sink and the toilet is so dirty. Reception are rarely available and if you luckily find them they are least bothered to entertain you. The rooms are so tight spaced. Breakfast buffet is the worst nothing good to eat. Elevators are so small. Never recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel in my life which is claiming as a 4- star hotel, but they are 2- star in reality. Dirty filthy room no cleanliness at all. Washroom also congested and dirty. Wash basin broken . No iron , no good internet, no body knows English, no one at reception anytime. No one picks phone at reception, worst experience.

I will change three times my room. One have bad smell from bathroom gutter. Other have people nokking door. No extra towels no dental kit and charge like 10 stars.

We visited with a large group of 85 in Feb 24. Room size was spacious, comfortable beds. Breakfast was not great, catered from Arabs. They served nuggets and chips for breakfast! only boiled egg option. If you are going from a western country take a selection of cereals if travelling with kids.
In the 4 days we stayed all of our group did not get their rooms or towels cleaned. When I asked a staff member to clean my room I got offered. I then went to reception a few hours later and was told somebody would clean in the morning this never happened. Staff just ignored me. The coffee shop is expensive latte around £4.00 for a small cup and rude staff. I felt the staff get trained to ignore guests and be rude towards them, as apart from the last hour on the last day that was the only time waiting staff and reception staff seemed a little bit polite! Location was the best part however there are other 4 stars within close proximity so will try them next time.

booked this hotel for my family and I booked Quad room which inappreciable. We can feel Mattress springs and all Mattresses are sagged to one side, even we can’t sleep properly. The manager of the hotel was rude. He don’t want to listen anything. Reception staff hang the call while if I am complaining about anything. They mentioned this is 4 stars hotel but I can’t give them more than 2 stars. Staff never came to clean the room. I ask the guy for Toilet roll and he said only 1 roll is allowed. I stay for 5 days and Bedding is changed once which I call the guy and request it. No tea cups, No sugar and no tea bags was in the room. Worst experience and I will never booked again.

Close to haram

Room was ok, customer service was really bad, Most of the time there were no one available at the main desk.
the Bathroom was terrible i was not able to stand and take shower. it was just a small triangle i am just normal but for someone healthy he/she will not fit at all and i really mean not at all.

Location is the only key good point. Facility looks less than 2 stars in quality.

No Good There is a Bed Bugs

Room is very small, 4 beds in tiny room,

A group of 70 rooms were booked.
I have been coming for years. Told to buy my own paper, tea bags, 1 room card between 4 ppl. Not cleaning rooms. Complained was told to go to another hotel if I’m not happy.

Furniture & fixtures very old system. Bathroom fixtures not satisfied

It is a terrible place to stay when you have other choices. Cons: First day we enter room, bathroom lock is broken and the room is right next door to elevators that created a lot of noise. Rooms were very very small and we were packed like sardines. No room to move around if you have a few bags with you. When asked for towel or extra pillow, they did not have it.
Pro: it is very neat Madinah. People working to transport your luggage were very helpful.

Check in guy was arrogant and rude.
Dirty restroom and smells like medical facility.
Terrible service except bell boy!!

The hotel is very dirty. The service is very bad when you arrive. They still tell you the room is not available so be careful, never bookke this hotel.
