Well to me it's peaceful not to over crowded it was very clean... The manager Mrs. Debra was very nice understanding and helpful she's a wonderful person.. The staff was wonderful as well. This is a great place 💯%worth staying here ...

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Extended Stay America – 2450 S Falkenburg Rd, Tampa, FL on November 3, 2025. After driving for two hours with my baby, I arrived tired and urgently needed to use the restroom. The front desk receptionist refused to allow me to use it, even after I explained that I had a reservation and simply needed a moment before checking in.
When I returned with my ID and card to check in, she became rude, dismissive, and ultimately refused to complete my check-in, canceling my reservation and telling me to go elsewhere. I was shocked and deeply disappointed by her lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency.
I hope management investigates this matter seriously and ensures staff receive proper customer service and hospitality training. No paying guest should ever be treated this way.
El Hotel está bien ubicado pero un olor terrible a cloro en todos los pasillos y habitación inrresistible para el que viven personas ahí el ambiente no me gustó fui con mis niñas y me sentí insegura pedí la cancelación pero como había usado el baño me dijeron que no tuve que salir en busca de otro hotel para quedarme el trato si es muy bueno la muchacha del front desk muy amable pero en general no lo recomiendo

First 2 nights were awful. Night 1 I was woken up by maintenance vacuuming before 9am, she said it's not an everyday situation and I wouldn't be disturbed the rest of my stay. The next morning at 8:45 am I was woken up early again by a scheduled shampooing to the rugs.
