Pros:

I loved my stay here. Checkin was easy and fast - a big thank you to staff for arranging earlier checkin so I could get settled before my meetings. Apartment was spatious and clean, well designed. Location was perfect for me as I was in town for international fair and it was in walking distance. Also close to train and bus station.

Perfect for business trips, if the location suits you
Pros:

Generous apartment, equipped with all utilities. Minimalist furniture Ikea. There is a coffee machine, refrigerator, and the rest of the equipment in a kitchen. Underground, affordable and clean parking. In the immediate vicinity there is a mall.

Cons:

The apartment had a terrace, which continues with a rather miserable green area located on the roof of the building next door, view approximately zero. Pretty noisy neighbors.
