Pros:

I'm please to give this Radisson location a 5 star rating because of the exceptional staff and accommodations provided. Check-in was very pleasant and professional as was Breakfast. There was plenty of variety offered at Breakfast and the hotel location was close to great restaurants, shopping, and banking. I will definitely be back.

Great stay.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. The manager, Terri, was great and the cleaning staff was amazing. We had reported to Terri that the air conditioner wasn't cooling well and it was fixed immediately. The hotel was very clean and the bed was great.

Cons:

There were no grab bars in the shower.

We love staying at Counrty Inn and Suites because they are consistently clean and comfortable, but

Room floor was not swept.
The bathroom body wash was empty.

This hotel needs a facelift
Pros:

We booked the hotel last minute because rooms in Cincinnati were sold out due to a convention. The online picture didn’t look like real life. It is a good location to get back and forth to downtown Cincy about 15 minutes. I didn’t like there rule of not bringing breakfast outside eating area because I wanted to take food to go when I left out that morning. The hotel is old and everything looks drab and dingy. The lobby and our room smelled musty. The bathroom in our room smelled like urine. Part of the curtain was tacked to the wall. One good thing is the bed was comfortable.

Comfortable stay and delicious breakfast
Pros:

Great location near the city. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. We didn’t swim, but the pool looked nice. The room was a great size. I have to do an additional shout out for Terri at the front desk. We lost a piece of luggage, and she was instrumental in locating it and helping us get it shipped back to us. We really appreciated her positivity and helpfulness.

It was ok we were in town for one night and it took care of what we needed.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom shower curtain was gross. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The breakfast ran out of coffee and it took a long time a good 45 minutes for them to get stocked back up for us very disappointing.

N/A- we checked out before breakfast started, werent there long enough to experience the breakfast

Cons:

The reservation reflected we would have a balcony or patio with our room but there wasn't one... unless you counted the reserved smoking area.
