最初のお問い合わせの時から、到着後のスタッフの対応まで、本当に素晴らしく、とても感動しました。
日本語が分からず、英語も得意ではない私に対して、スタッフの皆さんは終始とても親切で、根気強くコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくださり、本当に嬉しかったです。

東京はテンポが速く、人も少し冷たいと聞いていたので、来る前は少し不安でしたが、このホテルではその不安が完全に癒されました。

防音もとても良く、2泊の間ずっと騒音が全く気になりませんでした。

とにかく、このホテルはスタッフの方々から設備まで、悪いところが一つもありません！
「東京に来たらまた泊まりたいホテル」ではなく、私は「このホテルにまた泊まるために、もう一度東京に来たい」と思えるほど大好きになりました。
