Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die "Honesty Bar" ist eine sehr gute Idee.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und die Betten sind recht durchgelegen, was es etwas unkomfortabel macht.

Well located hotel with friendly staff and management.
Pros:

This is a very nice small hotel in Saas Fee with great management. Stephan and Karla at reception are so very kind and attentive. They are happy to give you advice on activities in the area and they are both very knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the coop supermarket and a few steps from the parking lot. Breakfast is adequate and the room is clean and quiet. I loved the possibility of using their fridge to store cold drinks and to make use of plates and cutlery to eat my own meals.

Cons:

Some of the facilities are on the smaller side, for instance, the bathroom is VERY small. The pillows could also use an upgrade. Besides that, a very nice stay in this hotel.

petit déjeuner varié, salé-sucré et produits de qualités , les oeufs sont servis à la demande, café à volonté et le cadre est agréable, calme. petit bar self service basé sur la confiance.

Sehr netter Empfang, die Lage ist ok, Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das "Konzept" mit dem Kühlschrank oder Selbstversorgung ist super. Passt alles....

Cons:

Zimmergrösse ok, Blick vom Balkon auf Baustelle. Der Skiraum ist am Nachmittag am Boden immer sehr nass
