Très bon séjour, très bon accueil

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce charmant petit hôtel très bien situé, proche de la gare et du funiculaire. La chambre fut propre, calme et confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte. Nous avons la ferme intention de revenir.

Un accueil chaleureux du couple propriétaire. Une chambre traditionnelle comme l'on aime. L'on peut que souhaiter une bonne continuation aux patrons.

Hotel Arolla is about a 5 minute walk from the funicular and rail station, and a minute from the old town. I cannot praise the owners enough for the kindness, hospitality and generosity they showed us when we stayed with them just as France went into 'containment' for the covid19 virus. They followed the measures to the letter but still made us feel safe, helped and welcomed. Our room (no.4) had a beautiful view of the mountains, was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There is a luggage room with ski lockers so it would be very easy to stay here for skiing too. Hotel Arolla stayed open when many others shut because the proprietors knew there were people who had been unable to leave and would need a good place to stay. The owners speak very good English. Arolla has a 2 star rating but I would raise that to a 3 because of the quality of accommodation and professionalism of the owners. Do stay here, they're wonderful. The owner was super accommodating. He even gave me a ride to the funicular in his car.

Great location

Our stay was only overnight but, even though we were delayed and were exceptionally late arriving, they kept the reception open to greet us and settle us in.
Lovely couple, very friendly and helpful.
Nice small hotel in a great location near the old town, will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Very friendly owner — did some laundry for us, called a taxi. Beds were a little short but the room was tidy and well kept. Breakfast was great.

They were helpful kind and fun to meet
They were quite accommodating as I was not sure how long I had to stay due to my friend being in hospital.
The room were very comfortable and many plugs and various lights
The bathroom were efficient and practical. Loved the marble on the floors and in the bathrooms.
Breakfast was a little limited but my hosts warmth and kindness made such a huge positive difference.
For sure I will go back there
