Pros:

All staff were greats and location was good also. Not far from night market and Ao Nang beach.

Cons:

First thing was head shower was not working properly. Always leaking all time. Second was cold or hot temperature shower was not stable.

Worst Hotel Experience of My Life!!
Pros:

I do NOT recommend this hotel, especially if you’re coming from Europe or the United States. This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Everything felt dirty. I didn’t even dare to sleep under the blankets because they didn’t feel clean. The bathroom grout and corners were covered with mold. We were supposed to stay for two days, but we left the very next morning. We barely slept at all.

The staff were friendly, and that’s the only positive thing I can say.

I strongly advise against staying here. There’s a reason it’s so cheap. You can’t even walk barefoot on the floor, after showering, the bottoms of my feet were completely dirty within minutes.

The hotel looks nice in the photos, and the overall rating seems good, but if you take the time to read the negative reviews, you’ll see the real picture.

Absolutely never again. I’d rather pay more for a proper, clean, and comfortable hotel. Cleanliness should be the minimum standard.

Pros:

The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times and always had a great experience. I am very impressed with both the room and the service, and I will definitely come back again.

Pros:

Le personnel et le lieu géographique de l’établissement près des boutiques et des restaurants

Cons:

Les évacuations de l’hôtel sont en mauvais état. L’immeuble 5 est trop loin de la réception, sans ascenseur. Les travaux font beaucoup de bruit, il aurait fallu fermer cet immeuble le temps des travaux.

Pros:

Everything was fine from check in to check out only the problem is aircond was hot you can't adjust the air conditioner in the room 1205 and 1303 was the room asign to me both rooms was hot during the nite we did complain to front desk but was told the technician will attend to the room nothing much was done only the maintenance guy come and press a few bottons on the control panel in the room and when out to the balcony to check on the compresor and said all ok but it was not rectified. Overall was ok breakfast was ok and the best part it's just walking distance to 7Elevent which can be accessed 24 7 from the back of the hotel.Looking for halal food there is this hotel located just out side the hotel few metters away is called Rezeki restaurant nice and affordable.
