When we arrived, the hotel was fully booked. The staff were very friendly. The pool is excellent. The room was spacious with a long balcony. We had a comfortable bean bag chair and a mini fridge. The rooms were cleaned daily. The location is ideal. It’s about a 8-minute walk to the beach. There are great massage parlors and shops nearby. I recommend exchanging money in Bangkok and preferably exchanging a larger amount, because the exchange rate in Ao Nang is not that good. There is also a great little “kiosk” next to the hotel where you can book ATM adventures and island-hopping boat trips. The staff provide informative and friendly explanations about everything, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

At first, the room we got didn't match the description of the room we booked. We had to sleep in the room until the following date because we had to wait to be moved from one building to another

Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, clean rooms, clean bedding
No lift
Great location, only a short walk to the main hub but you also have some nice restaurants and a 7 eleven right outside.
Only issue is there is no elevator access to some of the rooms. I would imagine it depends on your room/circumstances as we are a young couple it didn’t bother us but might be worth a request if this would bother you. I’m sure the staff would accommodate as they were very helpful.
