The lift wasn’t working, I arrived late there to check-in almost 11:00pm at night along with my 2 year old kid. Though they had vacant rooms the receptionist allotted a room at last floor. With luggage and baby I had to climb for three floor staircases. Although there was a small boy who helped me with luggage. We checked in and had to climb up and down searching for dinner late at night. One hell pf a stay. Servicing lift is not a complaint but he could have allotted me a room at lower floor since travelling with baby it is more stressful.

Overall the stay was good.

Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Basement car park was available.

Cons:

I did not receive the complimentary water for the 3rd day. The housekeeping did not clean the rooms on the daily basis unless you specifically ask them to. I am not sure if this is the industry norm.

Restaurant was not available to all the guests that days that we stayed. They had blocked it for students staying there, so this means you need to go out for all breakfast, lunch and dinner.They did not provide information on how to connect to the wifi, i didnt bother to ask .

The rooms and washrooms are clean and hygienic.. Good view from the room.. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.. both checkin and checkout process were smooth.. dedicated car parking area was available though limited..
