Nice clean, friendly hotel in a good location, but it is disparately in need of a service elevator!!
Pros:

Nice hotel, friendly staff, large clean & comfortable room. Good breakfast, but can be busy. The location is great for our needs & it's always easy to get a tuk tuk or a Grab car outside to take you anywhere. Nice rooftop bar with great city views.

Cons:

If you are not prepared to walk up and down stairs, or patiently wait for the lift, then don't stay here. Their is no service elevator, so the cleaning staff are constantly using the only lift in the hotel. So guests have to either use the stairs or wait a long time for the lift....and I mean a long time. My advice would be to book a room on a lower floor, unless you are very fit & prepared to walk up and down 10+ flights of stairs!! It's a shame because this really spoils the experience.

Excellent stay, highly recommend
Pros:

This hotel was awesome. Super clean rooms, early check in, free room upgrade, buffet breakfast (not that good, but it’s free). You can’t beat the price for a nice hotel like this. We stayed in other hotels nearby for more money and they weren’t nearly as nice. I would definitely come back.

The buffet breakfast wasn’t that good, but that’s not a big deal to me.

Parfait
Pros:

La vue depuis la piscine est magnifique. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était parfait il offre des choix varié et de bonne qualité.

Pros:

The swimming pool was really nice as well as the rooftop bar. The room was super spacious and clean. It has everything you needed. The front desk people were very welcoming. The breakfast was actually amazing, had a good selection of food and drinks.

Cons:

The location was awful in terms of what was around us. The whole street was full of creepy men working in bike shops. There is a mall next to us but it’s empty.
