Cute and quaint and fantastic location.
I have had a wonderful stay here. Cheap and Cheerful and budget friendly rooms with my own bathroom😍aircon😍quiet.
Walking distance to most of the Malls and Rooftop bars with the most delicious street food right out front.

I booked this as wanted something close to the shopping malls. That’s the only thing going for it. The photos online were very miss leading. It was Damp, very dirty( not sure if it has ever been cleaned) loud and flies everywhere. So many flies, looked as if something had died. We booked two nights and just couldn’t stay. I managed to book a whole apartment with a roof top pool, gym and roof garden for just £30 more.

Just dont!!! Looks nothing like the pictures!!! We left immediately!! Dirty and disgusting.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s dirty it’s noisy. The shower doesn’t work and there are flies everywhere I can guarantee there would be prison cells with better facilities than this. They should not be allowed to sell this. I booked for two nights but was deceived by the photos when I realised how bad it was I immediately walked out left the key on the desk and walked away. I purposely didn’t check out so they couldn’t sell the room again tonight it’s disgusting.

Just Dont. Absolutely Disgusting. Nothing like the expedia pictures. Stinks. Flys everywhere. Rooms like a prison cell. You can have a shower and a poo at the same time!. Absolutely filthy. Words cant describe it. We walked out and went to the reno next door.

Safe,quiet and covenient

Upside: The location was excellent. Nearby BTS (National Stadium or Siam), bus stops & canal ferry (Hua Chang). Near to 7-11 supermarket and other eateries around. The staff were polite & were available even during the wee hours of the morning. Checkin was a breeze. One of the few hotels that actually have a weighing scale. Perfect little addition for shopaholics who need to make sure their bags were within permissible limits. Remember, you get what you pay for. This is the only budget friendly hotel in this location. Family friendly.

Downside: There was no night light in the room. Only 1x33ml of bottle water provided a day. Would've been great to have a water dispenser on site. No breakfast provided. (The restaurant next door has some good breakfast. Plenty street food available. Tea Coffee available just outside the entrance). Privacy could be an issue. Walls are thin, windows open to the main corridor. Curtains cover windows, but there is a gap at the sides which you need to pay attention too.

Conclusion: If its just a day or two, this place is a bang for you bucks. You can't expect much for the price you are paying. They are undergoing some renovations which could change things once complete. I'm guessing the pricing might change too.

Excellent location- next to BTS- yet very quiet neighborhood, good to rest without traffic noise. Owner very polite and friendly. Only need to get better mattress which is quite hard and uncomfortable for me. Would come again.

Great location. Affordable. Nice staff. Rooms are clean. Water pressure in the showers can be improved, and it would be better if they had shower soap dispencer.

Not that cheap and not good at all. Please give this a pass.

シャワー出ない、エアコン故障、アリさんの行列、ベッドメイクした後なのに毛がついてるなどと安宿ならどこにでもあるトラブルがあります。割り切って泊まる事で納得いく宿泊ができると思います。

Дыра,а не отель...даже на одну ночь было противно там останавливаться!грязно,запахи ,шумно,номер напротив прачечной,комары,полотенца грязные и с дырками,матрас обтянут кожзама,постельное белье скьезжает по нему....

Nice cosy place to stay . I stay for 2 nights for 25 to 27 of Feb 2018. The staffs is very helpful and friendly. It takes 3 minutes walk to BTS and to a few shopping centre like the Mbk, Siam Discovery, Siam Square and Siam Paragon. You can’t ask for more for this price.
I will be staying here again for my next trip to Bangkok.

Sorry for giving bad review but this hotel was just too cheap for me. I only got what I paid for, I know.. but it could have been cleaner.. and if it wasn’t for the noise from screaming cats all night, staff talking just outside the room from very early morning and the fact that shower did not work.. non functioning wifi etc..it could have been okay..

Very convenient spot for shopping and sky train being close to MBK and other shopping centres! The service is good and surroundings places to eat excellent! In fact just for 109 bht you get a bigger freakfast at another hotel opposite side of the road to the left! Laundry only 50 bht per kilo and fee wi fi All in all a great and affordable lace!
