Rose Park Hotel Al Barsha

Excellent hotel. Great staff. Especially very friendly Yusuf from the restaurant. The reception staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean. The food was excellent. The location was quiet and peaceful. We were very satisfied with the overall service. The swimming pool was excellent.

How to start?
Since the arrival even before we got out of the car, one of the employees named Mustafa grabbed our suitcases.
Always smiling, always happy and positive every day.
All the employees were smiling every day, no angry faces.
Every single one of them saying "good morning, good evening...".

The rooms are clean, big enough for couples or families.(Check photos)

The bathroom super clean as well.

About the food:
There is a buffet style for breakfast and dinner.
If your accomodation doesn't cover the dinner(like ours), you can get a la carte menu or pay 50AED(approx. 14$) per person and you can use the buffet.
We tried both.

Some of the food was just not for us because we are not used to arabian style of dishes.
But the salads, broccoli soup (THE BEST EVER), beans, spaghetti, noodles, rice, grilled fish....wow!

The breakfast had a lot of different dishes to offer.

The juices are natural 100%.

They have great offers during the week and the prices...well, check the photos because no one would believe that this is possible in Dubai.

We tried from the a la carte menu chicken biryani, mutton byriani and the grain-fed tenderloin.

I loved the stay here. I have stayed in both rose park and rose garden appartment hotel. My only preferred hotel in dubai. Relaxing and timely responses. Staff has been cooperative through my stay. I loved doing gym in rose park hotel. They only problem I faced is they gym isn't 24/7. I was accompanied by my husband. I would love if the rose park Hotel allow the gym 24/7.

Th hotel is little old. But the staff are bery helpful and friendly.

The stay was nice especially to Allen from reservation she was kind and paitient as we are regulars and Bikash from house keeping he was very nice shout out to Suresh and Aftap front office ,Aishrwara (lady from front office)...all these people made our stay very peaceful as we needed to rest and relux .....

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the room was clean and cozy, the food at the restaurant was fresh and full of flavor, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. A very special thank you to Yusuf, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly made our stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Check-in was very fast, staff are very friendly and helpful, room was very nice and clean. Food quality is very good. Location is very good just 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. They made us a special cake when we were leaving which was a very nice gesture

I would recommend the hotel for a stopover in Dubai. Easy access from o the airport, and malls, as well as a nearby supermarket. Staff where all very welcoming and helpful. They provided an early checkin which was really appreciated, after a long flight from Melbourne. I was alocated an easy acess room, which was very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection of food. I would happily return. Thanks

Room is spacious, but cleanliness is terrible you can notice. Shower is full of black fungus. Room is not dusted properly. Staff communication is very poor.

We stayed at Rose Park Hotel Al Barsha for 2 nights and 3 days, and overall, it was a truly memorable and enjoyable experience.

From the moment we arrived, the concierge team welcomed us warmly. They assisted with our luggage, offered us a seat in the lobby, and served a refreshing welcome drink. Our first impression was excellent, and I really appreciate the gentleman who helped us, although I didn’t catch his name.

We were celebrating our anniversary, and I had booked a Deluxe King Room. To our surprise, Aishwarya from the Front Office upgraded us to a Junior Suite free of charge to make our stay extra special. She also made our check-in smooth and quick. Thank you, Aishwarya, for your kind gesture and professional service.

We stayed in Room 127, which was spacious and ideal for a couple. It had a separate living area, a bedroom with an attached bathroom and bathtub, an extra washroom in the living space, and even a balcony, which we really enjoyed.

I would like to especially thank Faizhan from the housekeeping team. His attention to detail and respectful attitude truly impressed us. I wasn’t wearing anything on my feet when he entered the room, and he noticed it right away. Instead of handing me the slippers, he gently placed them on the floor for me to wear—such a thoughtful and kind gesture. He also turned our messy room into a clean and beautifully organized space, just like it was when we arrived. I’m sorry for the mess, and thank you again, Faizhan, for restoring the room so perfectly.

The Housekeeping Team overall did a fantastic job. The cleanliness was 10/10, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing us to sleep peacefully.

From the F&B team, I’d like to thank Prabakaran and a female server (unfortunately, I forgot her name ) for their wonderful service. We tried the Business Lunch (AED 29), which was very tasty, and the mojito promotion (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) for AED 19—great value and refreshing drinks!

The only part of our stay that was not up to expectations was the swimming pool. The water looked a bit cloudy or milky, and after entering the pool, I started feeling itchy within a few seconds. Because of that, we decided to get out of the water quickly and didn’t spend time there. We didn’t report it at the time, but that was the only downside during our stay.

Besides the pool experience, everything else was excellent—from the warm and caring service to the comfort of the room, delicious food, and overall atmosphere. Thank you to the entire Rose Park Hotel Al Barsha team for making our anniversary celebration so special and unforgettable. We would definitely love to return!
