Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si nous revenions en pèlerinage à Lourdes
Pros:

- hôtel très bien situé à 5 minutes à 5 mn à pieds du sanctuaire.
- Accueil exceptionnel de l'employé Samuel qui nous a aidés à décharger les bagages.
Samuel est très agréable et a parfaitement la notion du service clients.
- Restaurant italien dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour déjeuner ou dîner rapidement.

Cons:

- Petit déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel, pas de pain frais ni de lait froid.
Pas de personnel aux alentours ce qui ne permet pas de demander quoi que ce soit.
