The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Its location is quite a way from the international airport and not walkable. It cost $30 in a taxi from the airport and then $15 per person on the hotel shuttle bus to get back to the airport the next day. The 1st shuttle bus arrived late and took 2 people from the queue and left the rest of us waiting for another shuttle 10 minutes later. Thankfully we had allowed plenty of time to catch our flight.
The night we stayed they said they'd had a problem with the Internet and so there wasn't any available.
We also couldn't pay for drinks at the bar either and these were charged to our room.
There is no hot food only vending machines in the bar offering sandwiches , crisps etc.

The hotel is in a 15 minutes walking distance from the domestic terminal. The bed was comfortable enough.
No bin liners, the sink didn't drain well. Was ok for 1 night though.

Took1hour for airport shuttle to appear, rang the hotel several times for shuttle the phone rang out no answer.
Good location
The fire alarm went off at 10:15pm & we had to evacuate the building. Sub standard fire evacuation process. Inadequate signage & no staff to be seen anywhere once outside the building.
A very nice member of staff from Romania. He made my stay endurable. Very dirty room. I asked a kind lady of staff if I could borrow the vacuum cleaner and clean myself. But that was against the rules of the hotel. Reception is on the top floor which makes it impossible for staff to check if customers bring other people into the hotel

Parkhaus direkt dran, hatten wir nicht benötigt.
Ausstattung insgesamt benutzt, viele Kratzer an den Wänden, liegt daran, dass viel es als Flughafenhotel verwenden und alle mit den Koffern in dem engen Zimmer überall streifen.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super und fussläufig sind Restaurants/ Bars zu erreichen. Der offizielle Check-in war bei uns um 15Uhr, aber wir durften sofort um 8 Uhr in unser Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas eng, aber nur als Transfer Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung.
This is a great and convenient airport hotel which is close to the domestic terminal and Mascot eateries (plus Mascot train station). Indeed, you can easily reach the city or the domestic airport using the Mascot train service (about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel). Apparently, there is a bus stop nearby, but it was not used on this occasion. Lastly, the hotel has a great view of the airport, modern decor and lovely, friendly staff that make your check-in process pleasant and positive.
A free and regular shuttle bus service to Mascot train station and domestic/ international airports would be amazing!
