The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.
The usb charging ports in the room did not work but eventually I was able to get an adaptor from reception.

There was very little bedding and I had to crank up the air conditioning in the middle of the night to keep warm.
The staff were lovely. The bed was comfy, location great.
There were stained items in the room. All the knives looked unclean, there were crumbs everywhere. The coffee machine malfunctioned, & the food was cold.

Sheet was dirty but I was moved to a new room immediately. It was marked from washing I believe it was spits of grease.

This is an Australian standard, modern middle class hotel with comfortable rooms which are nothing special but cater for people like Tasmanians who need to stopover close to the airport so it is convenient for that reason and at about 130 dollars it is at the cheaper end of what is available.
Australia is expensive for accommodation and t.he price to pay exceeds its value in my humble opinion. An unusual quirk of this hotel is that reception is on the top floor! I suggest that at the price they could provide some more coffee and milk.
