Lovely, except for the toilet.
Pros:

Lovely room.

Cons:

No recibí ninguna confirmación del pin de entrada a la habitación. De hecho, no supe ver que era un hotel sin personal que atendiera. Llamé por teléfono al llegar, después de preguntar en el bar que había en el mismo edificio y una chica muy amable me dio el pin de acceso y a partir de ahí, ningún problema

The deep ‘valley’ at the head of the bed made it very difficult to sit up in bed without tons of pillows.

Great one-night getaway!
Pros:

It had plenty of space. Had a nice kitchenette. Close to great restaurants. Very quiet.

Cons:

Was very cold in the room although it was probably the coldest day of the year that we stayed here. The shower wall seemed a little too open.

A hybrid of a boutique hotel and a fancy hostel. Beautiful rooms, nice amenities, great location.
Pros:

Great location in Bay View, within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants, a restored movie theater and the public library. A five minute walk to the Green bus line that goes to the airport or to downtown. The large common room / kitchen is a great amenity, especially for making your own breakfast (the hotel provided some staples like milk, yogurt and coffee). The self-service laundry and huge refrigerator are very helpful. Although it is above a busy restaurant, I had no trouble with noise in my room.

Cons:

This may not be the best Guesthouse for every family. You must be able to carry your bags up a flight of stairs (no elevator, no staff to help you). Small children might have too much energy for the fairly small footprint of the guest house. If you are the kind of traveler who wants to have staff on the premises to solve every little problem, this might not be the place for you. It was perfect for me, an active, independent traveler.

Kinn is the best hotel experience that Milwaukee has to offer
Pros:

I love the Kinn hotels period. This is my fourth time staying in a Kinn, second time at Bay View. It like the communal feel with shared area with all the amenities. The rooms are spacious, well decorated with lovely high ceilings and very clean. Special note: The Italian restaurant downstairs has the best pizza that I’ve ever had in my life.
