Séjour parfait : accueil chaleureux, chambre magnifique et petit-déjeuner excellent.
Pros:

L’accueil de la propriétaire a été absolument charmant et souriant, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. La chambre est splendide, digne d’un château, avec un charme et un confort incroyables. Comme nous étions les seuls clients à cette période, le petit-déjeuner préparé rien que pour nous était délicieux et raffiné, un vrai moment de plaisir. Une expérience authentique et mémorable que nous recommandons vivement !

Cons:

L’établissement est idéalement situé en pleine campagne, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de la ville.

Une belle bâtisse mais......
Pros:

Cette maison d'hôte est une belle bâtisse en pierres avec beaucoup de cachet et un grand extérieur.
Bien placé pour visiter otranto et la côte sud est des Pouilles.
Les hôtes sont accueillants.
Nous avons mangé un soir au restaurant c'était excellent et très agréable de manger sous la terrasse couverte.

Cons:

La maison d'hôte manque d'entretien et de rafraîchissement, que ce soit côté piscine ou dans les chambres.

Geweldige service! We zouden zeker nog een keer terug willen komen :)
Pros:

Het personeel was echt zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je wordt verwelkomd in een prachtig oud pand met een mooie tuin en zwembad. Ook kun je lekker eten in het restaurant tegen een goede prijs. De service was zeer goed. Zo krijg je elke ochtend een goede kop koffie bij het ontbijt en onthoudt de gastvrouw na een dag welke koffie je graag drinkt. Er lopen veel katten en kittens buiten in de tuin, wat het verblijf extra gezellig maakte :)

Cons:

Het bed/matras was misschien iets minder comfortabel. Voor ons geen probleem als goede slapers, maar als je daar gevoelig voor bent wellicht het enige minpunt.

Wonderful, charismatic & homely
Pros:

Understated, family, friendly, location, pool, food, room (10). This is a 3 star but should be a 4 star. It is so comfortable and the hosts and staff are exceptional. We stayed in a mixture of 3/4 star hotels on our trip and this was definitely the best value for money and the one we will remember. We would happily have paid more for this hotel. Great location too. Book this hotel - you will not be disappointed.

Charming family run masseria, perfect for exploring Salento
Pros:

Charming old masseria, very nice family running it. Nice breakfast and dinner in the evening if you wish. Lovely lush garden and clean and quiet pool area, perfect for relaxing. We stayed three nights at Masseria Gattamora and explored the coastline including Otranto.

Cons:

Rooms on the ground floor smelled a bit mouldy. We opted for a smaller room upstairs without that smell. Small bathroom, very low water pressure in the shower.

Wonderful experience in a hidden treasure.
Pros:

Such a wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend the place. It is so unique, a hidden treasure, a land of serenity.
The host and the staff were so welcoming, so helpful, eventhough we had a little language barrier, they did everything they could to understand each other. It you are looking for a place to escape the buzzing city, to have some tranquility, you must visit.

Cons:

The lack of wifi on the first floor. That was all.

Pros:

Authentic beautifully renovated in 30’ s with big, spacious reception, dining area, lounge and bedrooms. The bedroom had traditional dark wood furniture. The grounds are very attractive with a series of garden rooms leading to a large swimming pool. The restaurant serves homemade local cuisine for dinner and breakfast. A pizza oven is a feature in the restaurant- which local families enjoyed for their pizzas on a Saturday evening.

Pros:

Lovely quirky place to stay with excellent facilities and brilliant staff. Lovely pool and excellent restaurant onsite. I would highly recommend.
