Reception staff helpful and polite, good undergrund garage parking ,

Cons:

For a hotel with so many stars, was expecting cleaning more thoroughly, cleaning products in bathroom not disposed as a cheap Airbnb, more cleaning in bathroom, bed tucked like it was made by a 10 year old , chairs in the room have seen better days, and dirty, coffee, and tea supply very poor, location quite far from everything.

Big comfy room

Cons:

The reception staff wasn't the friendliest. The whole hotel was hot and stuffy. No air con in reception. No air con or water in the gym. The North Shield Pub constantly smelt of cigarette smoke. However, my premium queen room was spacious and comfortable. The the breakfast was good with a lot of choice and an egg station. Not much to do around the hotel, felt a little isolated. Towels could be a little bigger.
