It is my 2nd time to stay in this hotel and my comment again is that my stay was to be excellent if the hoted have more

Absolutely disappointed
Pros:

The sauna and steam room. We're excellent. Breakfast top notch.

Cons:

Requested an early check. 2 weeks in advance.
Arrived. No assistance.
Was informed only a suite is available and I had to pay 130 euro on top for the suite.
The suite is not worth the money.

It has 2 rooms yes. Yet an uncomfortable couch. Poor design . A microwave as an extra.
The tea and coffee station had 2 sachet of coffee and creamer and 2 tea bags .

Amenities were very limited. Towels were hard, no slippers , no extra duvet. The phone does not work .
The lights wees confulsing too. Has a balcony yet locked. It states that a suite is for 2 adults and 2 kids. (Where do the kids sleep? On the floor or table?
Absolutely disappointing.
1603 was the suite. My advice don't book it ever. Not worth the money.

Booking.com was off line as well couldn't cancel booking before time and nor could I book anywhere else due to booking not available (due to technical error as they said)
