Отель очень комфортный.
Pros:

Отель отличный. Удобно очень если вы приехали на соревнования расположенные рядом с отелем в Комплексе. Из отеля в Комплекс можно попасть не выходя из отеля.

Cons:

Очень далеко от центра. Добираться долго что на машине что на транспорте.

Steam rooms and Sauna weren’t working the receptionist of the spa was really unfriendly barely speaking English at least the youngest one was a bit more helpful

Pros:

My first night at the hotel was very pleasant. The receptionist was helpful, upgraded my room, and provided excellent service. The upgraded room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The following morning, I asked to extend my stay. I was offered the same room for €150, although I had paid €86 (approximately $99) the previous night. When I checked Booking.com, I found a rate of around $120 and asked why the hotel price was significantly higher.

The receptionist explained that the $120 rate was for a standard room, while the room I was staying in had been upgraded and was therefore priced at €150. I understood his explanation but was surprised by the large difference in price and wanted further clarification.

Unfortunately, the discussion became uncomfortable. During the conversation, the receptionist raised his voice and told me that he was speaking loudly because I was speaking loudly. I found this response unprofessional. In my view, customer service requires remaining calm, respectful, and solution-oriented, especially when a guest is dissatisfied or seeking clarification.

While my initial experience was very positive and I appreciated the room upgrade, this interaction negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel.

The proximity to Complex Istanbul is fantastic, with direct access from the hotel. The room is clean and spacious.

Cons:

The room was missing a tissue box and some of the small bathroom amenities that are usually provided, such as toiletries and other essentials

Pros:

Hotel je čist. Soba je u redu, iako za cijenu noćenja bi laminat trebao biti čitav. Kupaonica je uredna i očišćena svaki dan. Doručak je vrlo bogat i ima izbora. Svaki dan se sobe uređuju.
Hotel se nalazi cca 15-20 min voznje od npr. Grand Bazzara.
Postoji Pub u prizemlju gde se moze pušiti, naručiti alkohol i pojesti fini burger, pizza, fries.....To ne mozete u drugim okolnim hotelima.

Cons:

Osoblje nije ljubazno. Unaprijed je naplaćeno 6 noćenja za sobu i 2 osobe. Za dijete nam je rečeno 20,00EURa ukupno. Kada smo došli u hotel, tražili su 20,00 EUR po noći ne ukupno. Bili su jako neljubazni, taman smo ušli u sobu i inzistirali da odmah siđemo dolje platiti jos 80,00 EUR. Kada platte 1400 EURa unaprijed, nema potrebe da vas se izvlači iz sobe cim ste ušli, radi 80.00 EUR koji su naknadno obracunati, uz tretiranje kao ste kriminalci.
WIFI je slab.
Nema izbora TV programa na engleskom jeziku.
Ručnici smrde.
Wellnes- bazen je bio hladan, nema ogrtača s kojim idete na bazen. A najgore je što nema i ručnika na wellnesu, pa se morate vratiti u sobu po ručnik iz kupaonice. Obavezna je kapa za bazen. Morate ju kupiti i oni to naplaćuju 5.00 EUR!
