三畳一間が快適な空間でした！お風呂に癒されました

快適に過ごせました。

가성비 좋아요! 자전거도 무료로 대여해 주어서 좋았습니다. 신발 소독기도 있어 좋습니다. 화실방이 갠적으로 불편했습니다. 화실방이 타입에 잘 맞으면서 가성비호텔을 찾는 이에게 권유하겠습니다.

空間真的蠻小，澡堂男女輪流使用，時間上可能會受限制，服務人員很親切，算是便宜的住宿.

Das Hotel bietet nette kleine saubere Einzelzimmer mit Tatamiboden und Futon, Kühlschrank und kleinem Balkon. Die Aussicht von meinem Zimmer auf den Tokyo sky tree war sehr schön. Das Hotel ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen in der Nähe der Haltestelle Minamisenju (Essensmöglichkeiten um den Bahnhof). Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist nett, wenn auch hier und da renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Staff are friendly, good location , neat,clean & tidy. It has all the amenities.
The only thing I don't like is not enough ventilation in the bathroom & toilets

아쉬웠던 건..대욕장 물에 흰 찌꺼기들이 떠 있었다. 아침에 가도, 저녁에 가도 있었고 양이 조금 적어졌거나 많아지면서...;;
대욕장 이용시간이 여성과 남성으로 나뉘어 있는 것보다, 물이 깨끗하지 않아서 샤워만 이용.
방의 다다미는 진공청소기로 먼지를 흡입시키면서 청소하면 작은 먼지가 없어질 것 같다.

좋은 점도 많다. 스태프 분들이 친절했고, 갈아입을 관내 유카타와 수건을 제공해 주셔서 좋다. 주변에 편의점 3, 마트 2, 음식점도 여럿 있어서 편리하다.

値段の割に必要な物は揃ってました。
チェックインの時に二つ選んで貰える小物も嬉しかったですね。

難点は、夜歯を磨いていたら同じ階の女性と洗面台でかち合ったことです、男性階に女性宿泊者は居ないと説明されていたので少し不安になる

櫃檯人非常好，是會想再去住的地方

Personnel adorable et soucieux du confort des clients. Chambre minimal, à la japonaise, avec une superbe vue dur Tokyo sky tree. Futon confortable. À ne pas rater, le sento, bain publique, détente assurée. Proche metro, restaurant et rn face d’un 7/11 !!!

If not for the paid shower, I would have given this hotel 5 stars.

Employees have a great service mind, bath was nice as well.

口コミ通り非常に快適に宿泊させて頂きました。室内は清潔快適で、大浴場も想像以上に大きく気持ち良かったです。朝の無料コーヒーもおいしかった！スタッフさんの対応もバツグンで、他社のホテルマンの方々は見習ってほしいくらいです。南千住というエリア自体ちょっと都心から外れていますが、日比谷線一本で渋谷六本木中目黒まで30分圏内なので申し分ナシ。メトロの24h乗車券がガンガン使い倒せちゃいます。これからは東京の定宿にさせていただきます。

スタッフさんの応対がすごく気持ち良かった。
大浴場もコインランドリーもポイント高い。
また是非利用します！

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always smile made you feel very welcomed. Within 10 minutes walk to the JR/Metro station, there are some restaurants and one supermarket next to the station. Near the hotel there are convenient store and supermarket as well. Although the room is small but equipped with refrigerator and TV, can't ask for more for the price I paid. The hotel located in a quiet area suits those who like to have a quiet stay.

For the per-night price, it is a great deal. The staff are wonderful as well.

Nice hotel, the staff was really awesome, but had almost none notions of English, nothing your prefered translator couldn't solve. Great stay overall.

Pluses: convenient to train station, quiet neighborhood, very welcoming and helpful staff despite language barrier, bathroom was clean
Minuses: sheets had some dirt on them, mattress is traditional Japanese style - a little too thin for my comfort level, very little in the area in terms of eating (7-11, a Chinese restaurant that wasn't open when I wanted to eat in the evening)
