Cons:

U can forget about quiet. At 8-9 o’clock u will hear every very loud moves from cleaning in next rooms. And extremely loud conversations between cleaning personal and management
I was ask a bill for stay in hotel online. Instead of send me online management decide to bring me in my room at 9 morning. Not cool.
For stay from 6 to 9 towels was not changed one time.

Like a bonus for me as Ukrainian was not cool to her on check in a Kommentar about Russian aggressive war like when they start that mess. It’s not a mess. It’s a war!

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr saubere Unterkunft. Doppelzimmer, obwohl ich EZ gebucht hatte. Kaffee/ Tee im Zimmer, Wasserkocher & Nespresso Maschine, früheres Einchecken war ohne Probleme möglich. Sehr bequemes Bett. Komme sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Es ist etwas hellhörig, aber ich hatte um ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und hatte einen tollen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Great breakfast, excellent customer service! Two days before our stay, the hotel called me to explain that they were having plumbing issues and might not have a room with hot water available, so they would find me a different hotel. I let them know my needs for a room/location, and she called back 10 minutes later with a place for us. The new place didn't have breakfast, but we were able to walk over in the morning to enjoy a great one here. I was very happy with how proactive they were, and really felt taken care of.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I can't rate the room.

Bezeichnung Residenz im Hotelnamen weckt falsche Erwartungen

Großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett

Cons:

Sehr minimalistische Ausstattung, kein Licht am Badezimmerspiegel, sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, es dauert sehr lange bis das Wasser warm wird, keine Watte Pads u.ä., der Föhn ist allenfalls lauwarm, Sofa im Zimmer unbequem (zu harte Lehnen bzw. fehlende Kissen).
Die Bettdecken waren sehr dünn.
Diese Ausstattung rechtfertigt in keiner Weise den Preis von 160 Euro pro Nacht.

Das Frühstück könnte besser präsentiert werden. Kaffee gibt es nicht in Kannen sondern nur aus einem Automaten, der recht lange braucht.
Die sehr freundliche moldawische Mutter der Betreiber spricht leider kein deutsch, Verständigung daher schwierig.

Langer Weg, ca 25 Minuten, in die Innenstadt, ca 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof.

Würden wir wieder buchen.
Pros:

Wir haben diese Unterkunft als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Hat voll und ganz dem Zweck entsprochen. Ruhig, nicht weit zur Autobahn und gutes ausreichendes Frühstück bei sehr netter Mitarbeiterin, sauberes Zimmer.
