We had a great and very relaxing stay here. The staff really goes the extra mile to ensure you have a good time at the palace. Especially Arjun made the breakfast very enjoyable!
A somewhat dated hotel with good service, a spacious and attractive reception area, and rooms located on the upper floor. A lift is available. Very polite and helpful staff. The rooms are large, with traditional furnishings and a fridge. We had two adjoining rooms, each with a balcony. The restaurant is located on the ground floor in a large hall. Breakfast is served as a buffet. The choice at dinner was limited, which may have been due to it being the off-season. The bar on the ground floor was closed. Outside, the pool is situated in a lawn in front of the restaurant.
Everything went smoothly, the place is beautiful and the staff went out of their way to help us with everything we needed.
Very well maintained property that gives a glimpse into the royal life of rajasthan. The horse's stable was my favorite.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent - they couldn't do enough for us. They really helped with booking days out, etc. The restaurant food was very good, the rooms were clean and the whole fell of the hotel was lovely. Thank you for looking after us so well.

We loved the inner courtyard with tortoises, and the stable by the entry point. We loved the food. We loved the pool.

Toilet for one of the rooms was dirty on arrival.
The hotel organised our taxi from Ajmer station on arrival for 1500 rupees. We organised our own cab back to the station for 500 rupees - not including tip. (There are plenty of taxis at the station)
We left at 6am and asked the hotel the night before if we could have some sort of breakfast. They told me they ‘ had already told me that we could have an early breakfast’ . Despite that - and getting downstairs early for this - no breakfast materialised and none of the staff were able to help in getting anything. For this calibre of hotel it really shouldn’t be an issue - our hotel in Delhi laid on a full early breakfast for us. We didn’t expect that - but this place couldn’t even muster up some bananas….the fact I had been made out to be an irritant by checking really made this highly annoying.
