It was terrible from the start because they did not have a good google maps location and they did not have any person at the reception
They did not have anyone at the reception and they did not answer at the phone even though we called 3 times. We had to wait in front of the property after we made 5 circles in the neighborhood to find it. We were lucky someone from house keeping gave us acces. We could of stayed 2 days and wait, nobody answered and we did not have any room acces code. They abused us and asked for credit card details and pictures and id card. They did not give us acces even though we gave them all the information on whatsapp

Lovely hotel, very nice and helpful staff. It is a bit of a walk from the main port but not an issue if you're fine walking in and back. The hotel's boat trip excursion was exceptional, run by the sons (i think) of the owners, the food and drink provided on the boat was a huge highlight.
