Very comfortable bed. Delicious food. Extremely welcoming. Bicycle and motorbike rental was perfect. Very nice people. :)

Great stay, staff were excellent, even woke up at 4:30am to let us in as our bus arrived early, very attentive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

バスセンターと駅を利用の為。宿泊しました。安宿と思いきや、とても快適でした。清潔で広く立地も良くレセプションのおじさんも親切で私には完璧でした。

Mr Truong the Guest House proprietor was very helpful throughout my stay and arranged 2 enjoyable day excursions for me.The accomodation whilst tucked away down a small side alley is only approx a 40 minute walk or 5 min taxi ride from the Centre of Ninh Binh.There is a small supermarket on the main road virtually in front of the Guest House.I would recommend the De-lux rooms as the size is almost double that of standard.Breakfast can be ordered but I did not need it so cannot comment on the amount/quality.My room.TV only seemed to show one (US) channel but otherwise no negative comments.Enjoy your stay!

Super tolles empfehlenswertes Hotel, super nette gastfreundliche Besitzer, wir haben um Mitternacht nichts mehr zu essen gefunden und der Besitzer hat uns etwas gekocht und uns für kleines Geld nach a und b gebracht, ich kann jedem im ninh Binh nur empfehlen, diese Unterkunft zu buchen :) es ist super familiär und gemütlich

Le service est parfait.
La chambre est un peu petite, mais n'oublions pas le prix ! En tout cas tout y est.
Le propriétaire a été notre chauffeur durant toute une journée (en raison de ma fête de tet, il n'y avait personne de disponible). La journée a été superbe.
La gare est à environ 20 min à pied.

Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

As with all the other reviews can’t fault the hotel and won’t repeat all.the positives.Big negative is the location with lack of restaurants or nightlife nearby.Tourist areas of Tam Loc would be my obvious choice ,but if you want to experience less touristy Nim Bihn then this is the place for you.

AC is working but feel not cold. We rent motor bike for 2 days but someone steal our gasoline. Staff is friendly.

하노이에서 리무진을 타고 오전 9시반쯤 도착했나봐요. 그러자 아침 먹겠냐고, 정말 인심 좋은 동네 아저씨처럼 물어주시더군요^^ 지도 펴고 주변관광지 설명도 상세히 해주시고, 비록 다음날 아침에는 하노이역까지 오토바이로 데려다주시기까지 했어요. 오토바이 샌딩 경험 정말 즐겁고 고마왔습니다. 화장실이 좁아서 샤워하기 편하진 않았지만 이 정도면 가성비 훌륭합니다. 스쿠터도 대여가 돼서(1일 12만동) 편하게 쓰고 반납했어요. 다음에 닌빈 가면 다시 방문하겠습니다~

Nice family they are very helpfull. We had a good stay and saw the beautiful sights of Ninh Binh.

Wonderful and helpful host. I did not like the location but I am not sure where the good location, if there is one, is in Ninh Binh. Still, the owners are wonderful and helpful people.

First the hotel is very comfortable and in excellent condition. My room was large, clean and very well equiped. But this is not all: the huge bonus is the complete service Truong is supplying. In addition to being a very friendly and respectful person, he can and will take care of arranging everything you might need, before, during and after your stay (he did for me): being picked up from your hotel in an other city and brought to his place, being transported door to door (for a reasonable price) from his place to the next hotel where you'll be staying, transport from his hotel to Tam Coc, renting a bicycle. AND: the food in his restaurant (not only breakfast but also lunch and dinner) is excellent. Real handy in a neighborhood where restaurants are few and far between.

Wonderful place and would stay again! The hotel itself looked recently remodeled. Everything was in working order AND clean. There were thoughtful touches (charger by bed, smart TV, heat lamp in bathroom) that made the place that much nicer. The staff were always willing to help and genuinely cared about the place. The breakfast provided was filling and yummy and I loved having fresh fruit as a bonus.

a great family run budget homestay. the owner and his family were extremely helpful and provided lots of insight on local attractions. travelling solo, i got a easy rider kind of trip for two days, one around the trang an area and the other around cuc phuong/van Long - would recommend for the good price and ease of arrangement. the homestay also made some tasty dinner.

The location is quite good. A bit of a walk from the train station, but close to lots of shops and restaurants. The room price was also very reasonable.

The hotel staff were very friendly and had no problem checking me in when I arrived a little early. I was also able to keep the room later than the normal check out time (as my train was late in the evening) for a fraction of the day rate. They were also very helpful when I asked them about things to do/attractions to visit, even going so far as organising a motorbike driver that I could hire for a day and allow me to rent a bicycle for the remaining time I was there.

The room itself was small, but large enough. The bed was comfy and had a personal touch with artwork on the walls, etc. All the light switches were labelled so there's no guesswork required on the guest's part. The en-suite was also nice. Although it was more of a wet room as there was no cubicle/curtain enclosing the shower.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Ninh Binh.
