المنشاه جيده جدا تمتاز بالموقع الجميل في الشارع الحيوي في الرقه تحت الفندق مطعم تابع للفندق .
الغرف كبيره الحجم و التهوية و التكييف ممتاز تحتاج الى قليل من النظافة .
الواي فاي ممتاز قربه من محطه المترو .

First of all, Khaled at reception was excellent. He greeted me warmly and facilitated an early check-in after a long red-eye flight.

As for the property, I stayed there for 3 months in 2000. It was great, but I presume that it has not been renovated or upgraded since then. So it's not so great now. However, I just needed a day room to shower and regroup for a meeting and another red-eye the following night. For $29 I can say it was a splendid value.

My only complaint would be that regardless of the worn down nature of the property, there is no excuse for not throughly cleaning the room. This is not the housekeepers fault. This starts at the top, and ownership has obviously not set forth adequate standards. Housekeepers will only perform what is required, and a reasonable standard of cleanliness has not been established by ownership.

I suppose to stay from 2nd to 4th April as per my booking, it happened that I arrived a day earlier (3am on the 2nd Apr) so I went to this hotel and paid from my pocket for that night as I was dying for a bed, the staff offered me the best room in the hotel but when I entered it was a big chock. The toilet sink full of flying insects, a cockroch sneeked from behind the sofa in the sitting area, kitchen equipment you will not put at your home.... I had to sleep that night cause but i had to cancel my stay upon wake up.

All items microoven, one leg missing on refrigerator, fone, stove needed to be fix, crack window. roaches crawling. Unsafe, dirty, call for towels, blanket at midnite Bc there was no supplies put in. Blanket ps are old. Noises 24 hrs Bc giant hotel under construction
Ask four towels he came for 3 Bath towels only, back to bring one. No hand & face towels, also supplies like; shampoo toilet tissues provide two small roll enough for me to use Bc I go toilet 4x at nite. Faucet loose, plug only one to use for iPhones.
It need to be fix every time you use their appliances. Utensils rusted.
I got sick within 12 hours. I started coughing, sneezing flu since 1/14/18 now
I added two friends of mine and pay additional fees. Tub is high needed stall hard to climb down my 80 yo friend took cold shower at 4 am to go home 1/15 & got home sick.

I had to buy my own towels and the facilities are so basic that you cannot cook or do anything
